This condo was perfect. The sky lights were so nice. Darkening shades in the bedroom were appreciated. I didn’t want to get out of the gorgeous shower. 😁I would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect family stay!

We had a great time during our week here. The condo was probably the most equipped I’ve stayed in: coffee, dish and laundry detergent, lotion, shampoo/conditioner, even Qtips! It was clean, well decorated and updated. We loved the shower and my kids loved sleeping in the Murphy bed. We were worried about parking but shouldn’t have been. Was easy to get a spot on the block every day, usually right in front. Would definitely recommend!

Rental was exactly as described. Great shower. Space on sides of bed is tight. Be careful about parking in front. It is permit parking directly in front. Good kitchen. Comfortable spaces.

All Super Everything

Super cozy. Super clean. Super quiet. Super safe. Hidden gem eats, drinks, coffees, shops just around the corner. Super easy to navigate the city from here. Blue Line entrance is spitting distance from here and Ubers are at the door in an instant. 10/10 would recommend!

Tidy Noble Square Condo

Remodeled condo on quiet street within walking distance of restaurants and CTA Blue Line. Short Uber ride to the heart of downtown Chicago. Property owner was super-quick to respond to questions. Would recommend installation of black-out curtains in the bedroom, as much ambient light comes in from neighbors leaving their rear porch lights on 24/7. My wife and I enjoyed our stay!

Just fyi, there is a blackout blind installed on the bedroom window that you just have to pull down :) The curtains are more for decoration. Hopefully you can make use of it in case you choose to stay with us again!

Why they chose this property

It is difficult to find nice vacation rentals in Chicago as all highrises prohibit short term rentals. This condo is amazingly well located and connected. You can walk downtown in 45 minutes, you can bike there in 10 with Divvy bike rental stations around the corner, you can use the L (CTA blue line) which is an 8 minute walk from the property and takes 5 minutes into the loop or you can drive/Uber and be anywhere within 5 to 10 minutes.

The property is also completely rehabbed, insulated and in a quiet side street - and ideal location to share with the world.

What makes this property unique

The spa bath of course is a big plus to the location. The ease of parking as it's residential permit only (we give out guest permits at no charge), the patio with BBQ and fire pit and the space.
