Amazing views, and great location! This spot is in a very convenient location to make it to all of your must see spots easily with quick access to the subway and other public transit. There's a full grocery store as well right next door. The hosts provided clear communication up to, through, and after our stay with instructions and expectations.

We enjoyed our stay here. It’s in a super convenient proximity to everything downtown, and was clean and cozy. The views from the balcony are extremely nice to wake up to and see at night. The check in process was easy and the door people became like friends. I will say it’s easy to jump on the red line directly on the corner as well as easy for Ubers to pick up/drop off. We would definitely stay here again and look forward to next visit!

Clean and petite. Great view! Front desk was extremely nice and we chatted on the way in and out every time. Jewelosco being right next door was incredibly helpful and the redline made traversing Chicago easy!

This room was excellent, and described perfectly. The build is clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. I personally loved sitting out on the balcony during the sunsets!I would recommend this renal, as it’s one that I will look to see if it’s available. We will becoming back to Chicago, and quite possibly this room…if it’s available.

Very nice high rise apartment with an excellent location. The subway stop was steps away and the full grocery store in the building had everything imaginable. Perfect place to stay in downtown Chicago. We loved it!

This apartment was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Having the Jewel food store AND the Red Line station right literally next to the Grand Plaza was so handy! We were in touch with the owners and they were very responsive and helpful during our visit. We have never stayed in a high-rise (much less a 50th floor apartment) and it gave us a feeling of what city life would be like. We had a great time, saw a Cubs game, went to Museum of Science and Industry, took the Architectural Boat Cruise on the Chicago River…this trip was phenomenal! If you’re planning a trip to Chicago, this Penthouse is very conveniently located and everything you’d need is within steps or a short walk. Thank you again, James and Jeri-Lou!

The penthouse has everything thing you need and the view is the cherry on top. You have to get the parking garage pass it's a little expensive but it's a great luxury to have. Parking in Chicago is hard to find. The penthouse is walking distance from everything. The 9th floor gym is very nice and it was fun to be able to shoot the basketball around. Would stay again for sure.

Clean and good location

Close to grocery stores, Michigan avenue and restaurants. Place was very well equipped - we have stayed at many rented apartments and this was the best equipped. Will definitely rent again if we are in town.

My 11 year old grandson and I loved the unit and the location. We arrived on train from Philadelphia. We could tour the entire city by walking or short Uber/Lyft ride. We shopped at Jewel Oscoda just below, had a great selection of fresh foods. Had a great time, Views are fantastic!

Great Location

This unit is as described. The building amenities are nice extras. State Street is always busy and the CTA line could not be more convenient, .Nearby are grocers, restaurants and prime shopping.

Great Weekend trip

We came for the Taylor Swift concert and this place was perfect. Very clean, great communication with the owners and great location. We were able to enjoy a few hours at the pool that was also very nice. We will definitely come back to this location next time we visit Chicago.

I would go back for the towels alone!!! Yes, the space was great - well laid out, plenty for 2 adults, THAT VIEW is even better than the photos show, ease of local transit, so many good food & drink options literally within a 10 minute walk - but those towels!!!!!!! I dream about them……. ;)
