The Space
Both bedrooms in this stylish home have hypoallergenic down-alternative comforters and pillows, with mattress, pillow and comforter protectors. The protected comforters are also in cotton duvet covers, with all cotton premium sheets and a cotton throw blanket and throw pillows for each room. The king bedroom also has a desk for private work space, while there is an additional pull down desk also in the dining area in addition to the dining table. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers, full length mirror, ceiling fan, two windows and curtains, end tables, reading lamp, and a cute, breathable natural hamper.

The kitchen has a new colorful set of “forever-chemical"-free ceramic pots and pans and a Keurig coffee machine with refillable filters for less waste to be kind to our earth. Full set of dishes and dining utensils, toaster and blender, bamboo and silicone cooking utensils, pot holders, baking sheets and extra work space provided by a kitchen cart are appreciated by guests who like to cook, while a microwave is available for guests who want to experience the many great restaurants in the area and reheat leftovers! Trash setup allows guests to easily separate and dispose of their trash and recyclables, and when full, empty in the bins a few steps out the back door. BPA free, microwavable silicone baby spoon with plate/bowl set, as well as a set of unbreakable plates, bowls and utensils for young kids can also double as picnic ware.

The adjoining dining area has space and comfy seating for five with use of a unique pull down table-addition that can be folded back up if not needed, and also used as additional desk/work space.

The living room has lots of seating to accommodate up to seven comfortably, and a 55 inch Smart TV for evening relaxing after a day of Phoenix activities. Standing and table lamps allow for guests to adjust the amount of light in the room, and a ceiling fan with lights helps bring in a breeze if it's not warm enough for the AC. A hall closet allows guests to hang up their outer wear, stash kids toys or pet items, and easily access an iron and ironing board.

The front porch has four outdoor chairs and two cafe tables where guests can enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink while catching a glimpse of the wonderful Phoenix sunsets. A swinging macrame chair is a hit with kids and adults alike.

The bathroom has a full sized tub with shower, large mirrored medicine cabinet, and a bathroom cart to stash your extra items. A bamboo mat plus cotton bath mat to place over it is provided, as is premium natural foaming hand wash.

The laundry room has a brand new medium-capacity washer and dryer and detergent provided for your use, drying rack for your delicates, and laundry baskets for sorting. Each bedroom has a cute, breathable natural hamper to collect your clothes to wash. A kitchen cart doubles as a laundry cart, with wheels to move it as needed between the two rooms.

Other things to note
Pets are welcome with an additional $100 per stay or per week fee. One car detached garage also available for an additional $100 per stay. Please let us know if there is anything special you might need for your pets or kids to make your stay more comfortable and we will do our best to accommodate. To be kind to our earth and future generations, we take opportunities to reduce chemicals, and aim toward a "zero waste" (less waste) experience in our space. This includes buying TP and paper towels made from recycled paper, keeping extra bags handy for reuse, minimizing plastics, use of more eco friendly detergent, and skipping the chemical-laden softener in favor of dryer balls.
