Was close to the state fair and the other places we went. Was clean, had plenty of room to relax and hang out, and the neighborhood was nice.

It was a great stay! It felt homey & comfortable! There was a nearby grocery store we purchased groceries to cook & save money. I was here for a business trip. The couches & bed were comfortable, we played cards & cooked every night. The back porch is awesome. The home is just far enough away from all the hustle of city traffic but close enough to nearby things to do. We traveled to a nearby park called Cave Creek to sight see. It was nice & we got great pics! There’s also a local souvenir shop nearby. It’s 7-10 min to the airport & it was about the same where I needed to go daily for business. We also enjoyed 1 bottle of wine per the home owners request!

The location was excellent only 6 minutes from downtown Phoenix and 9 miles from Scottsdale. Kayleigh was excellent host and answered all our questions and fixed all our requests. I would definitely recommend this place and her.

Quick Fourth of July Trip

Party of 4, Two Adults and two kids. We stayed for 3 days and the property looked like the pictures, and it was clean. The owner responded quickly to all my questions. It was very hot but we made sure we enjoyed the backyard everyday of our stay. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and it was easy access to the highway. It was close proximity to many things to do. Will stay here again if in the area.

Condition of property was terrible, never made it inside.Outside was enough, called Vrbo, strenuously complained, informed Vrbo representative we were leaving. RUINED our 45th wedding anniversary. Sent picture to Vrbo not heard back.WILL NOT PAY FOR HORRIBEL EXPERIENCE.

Hi William, I wish you had reached out to us to let us know of your concerns. As advertised, this is a historic home, so perhaps a few things appear older, but other than that, I'm not sure how a driveway could RUIN your anniversary. Had you given the house a chance by even stepping foot in it, we know you would have been extremely pleased with the house, backyard, amenities, and location. This review feels very unwarranted, and I hope others don't take it into consideration, considering yours is the only negative review we've received. You again truly did not experience any of the home before coming to this conclusion, and honestly, you missed out!

We had a couple of problems when we first checked in..no A/C, very critical if you live in A/Z; front and back yard needed cleaned up and damage to the overhang in back yard. Contacted Kayleigh and she had the problems fixed in expedient manner. Any other problems that came up we addressed and fixed in a timely manner. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay there again.
