Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

512 Shorewood is a spectacular 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom oceanfront villa with beach views! This stunning beach condo sleeps 8 and is on the 5th floor with elevator access, featuring all new furniture and décor with an incredible ocean view from every room, a community pool, beach access, and more!

Upon entering, you are met with views from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Natural light illuminates the open floor plan. The kitchen has top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a tile backsplash, granite counters, and plenty of counter and cabinet space. The kitchen has 2 bar seats, and the dining table seats 6. Sit back and relax in the living room, which offers ample seating. The living and dining area offers access to the patio with seating for six and views of the community pool, ocean, and beach!

Just off the living room is the first primary bedroom, which has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen bunk bed, and the bathroom has a combination tub and shower.

This property is gorgeous! The location cannot be beat, and we had a great time! Seriously they have done an outstanding job with this unit. However we were super disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit. The place was covered in dust and looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed prior to our stay. Found several stains on sheets and the master bedsheet felt like sand paper.

Absolutely a 5 star stay. The Proximity to pretty much everything is just steps away. The view alone from the condo is absolutely stunning. The beach and pool just steps away. Very convenient to many shops, restaurants and groceries. We honestly walked or biked everywhere. The condo was laid out perfectly for our needs. Very clean and more than enough towels. All kitchen essentials for cooking were new and updated. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Bunk Beds are Great!!!

I didn't think my adult children (20,23) would like the bunk beds, but they thought they were wonderful! Great place to stay.

Beautiful beachfront condo

My family members and I all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again. Some things to know if you’re traveling with children- 1) the top bunk of the bunk bed can’t be used as is for small children because the mattress is so thick that it’s taller than the small guard rail HOWEVER we learned on the last day of the trip they had a guard rail in the queen room closet, so you may could use it with that. Or use it with the bottom bunk. I just had my 3 year old sleep on his blow up mattress instead. 2) there is a high chair in the queen room closest also which I so appreciated 3) the tub drain is very hard to keep up and constantly closes itself back when draining, I think it should be replaced. 4) the bathroom and bedroom doors don’t lock- a plus for little ones not being able to lock themselves in a room, but not so good if you have a toddler that bursts open doors on people trying to use the bathroom LOL.. so be warned. 5) the sliding balcony door needs to be replaced or worked on- the top right corner is chipped away and it’s hard to fully close and lock the door. 6) there is a washer dryer and microwave in what looks like the kitchen pantry- we initially thought the doors were locked. But it just needs a very good tug to open! Overall beautiful place and view! Enjoyed jt. Great property mangers also.

High quality place

Place is all very high quality. No extra beach chairs or beach toys. Frustrated that we couldn't get in earlier considering place was clean, but then Brenda made it happen and she was great to work with.

The ocean front view is incredible! The property has been completely renovated and decorated making for a peaceful and comfortable vacation. The beach access has hard surface from the property to the dunes making access easy for young families with beach wagons and strollers, to older guest with walking issues. This property will be our new choice when returning!

Our stay was amazing! From pre-check-in, to check-out, we had a wonderful stay in a wonderful rental. The view was AMAZING, and we will definitely be coming back!

Beautiful place, wish we could’ve enjoyed

The place was very nice but unfortunately a tropical storm did not allow us to enjoy much of it. It was our first visit to Hilton Head and due to the tropical storm and our safety, we left a few days early. While we understand there are no refunds, the property management was not willing to provide much for a future credit which was a disappointment, as we would have loved to come back with our 5 kids and let them enjoy the property. Note - sliding door is difficult to latch and even when locked, rain leaks underneath. We notified owners so hopefully that is not an issue for others.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is gorgeous and clean! The furniture is new and comfortable. We had plenty of space for our family of 5. The location is ideal... you are close to everything! Walking to the beach and pool is easy and safe. The pool is right out of the elevators and the beach is less than 5 minute walk (just out beyond the pool area). We had a great time and highly recommend this condo! The only opportunity area is the check in process. You have to make an extra stop on the way in to pick up a parking pass. It would be much easier to have that pass emailed to guests instead. The extra stop after traveling isn’t ideal for families. The condo wasn’t cleaned and ready until 4:45pm when we arrived, check in is 4pm. This was likely a rare occurrence but definitely was frustrating to experience upon our arrival. Overall we had a wonderful time! This condo is clean, bright, & beautiful with AMAZING views, ideal location, and everything you need for a great beach trip.

Great stay

Place was clean and well decorated. The location is great. The only suggestion we would have is the back bedroom the mattress is sunken in and could be updated for better sleeping. We would return.

Great place to unwind and relax!

This property was terrific. My wife, son and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. Condo is very comfortable and the views are amazing! You can’t get any closer to the beach and a short drive to great restaurants and golf. Loved it!

Lovely getaway!

Needed a place to stay for our family Feb. break. We love coming to Hilton Head so this unit was perfect for us. The place was very nice, clean, and felt new. Appliances, furniture, and decor were really high end. It was obvious the owners put a lot of thought into their place. Amazing views on the top floor. Bikes were delivered so we didn’t have to find bikes to rent. Bike company was very easy to work with and very attentive. Haleigh from the rental company was extremely responsive and easy to contact. She answered all questions very promptly and the check-in/check-out processes were super easy.
