Espectacular Mountain Home, con impresionantes vistas

Esta hermosa 4 dormitorios, 4 baños casa ubicada entre Winter Park y Fraser es perfecto para toda la familia o familias que desean ir de vacaciones juntos. Se encuentra en una colina con vistas a la ciudad de Winter Park y Fraser Valley y ofrece espectaculares vistas de Byers pico y el Bosque Nacional Arapaho. A solo unos minutos de la zona de Winter Park Ski; puede conducir hasta el complejo o parque o tomar el servicio de transporte de esquí de la ciudad que se detiene justo antes de la entrada a nuestro vecindario.

Comience su día en la cocina totalmente equipada con encimera de piedra de Corian y estufa de gas. La mesa de la cocina de madera natural sirve 8 y el contador sirve desayuno 2. Disfrute de un desayuno caliente rodeado de ventanas y en busca de la vida silvestre a salir de la selva.

A su regreso, podrá relajarse en cómodos sofás de cuero mientras se disfruta de las vistas a la montaña, en calor con la chimenea de piedra de gas o disfrutar de su programa favorito de alta definición en el televisor de pantalla plana de 47 pulgadas. Mejor aún, salir en el porche que rodea tres lados de la casa para relajarse y respirar el aire fresco de la montaña. El dormitorio nivel principal incluye una cama de registro y el rey de metal con un televisor de pantalla plana y baño de baldosas de pizarra.

La habitación de arriba privado tiene pizarra forrada baño completo, cama de matrimonio y gran escritorio. Póngase al día con el correo electrónico utilizando el Wi-Fi de la casa o un diario sobre la pesca del día en el cercano río Fraser, practique senderismo / raquetas de nieve en el sendero ubicado a pasos de nuestra puerta, recorra más de 600 kilómetros de senderos para bicicletas de montaña o realice numerosas actividades al aire libre en el zona.

La planta baja tiene el dormitorio principal con una cama caliente de nogal extra grande, ventanas que se pueden disfrutar de las amplias vistas a la montaña, una gran puerta corredera de cristal que conduce al patio y un gran 8 personas jacuzzi. El baño principal pizarra privado alicatado tiene para él y para ella lavabos, una bañera y ducha separadas.

La sala de literas es en este piso con 2 juegos de literas de madera natural (4 personas) y su propio cuarto de baño privado con ducha. Servicio de lavandería están en este nivel, así como con un sistema de carga frontal de alta eficiencia.

Termina el día con los filetes que chisporrotean en la parrilla gas propano.

El calentador de agua extra grande mantendrá todas las duchas calientes y el amplio garaje para 2 coches elimina cualquier raspado de hielo por la mañana temprano.

Our host was great! She was easy to get in touch with, her replies were timely, and her knowledge of the area was most helpful (we haven't been to Winter Park before). Our cabin was clean and bright. We made use of the kitchen regularly for breakfast and dinner. There was plenty of space for our party of 9 to stay without being on top of each other. The location and views were amazing! The lift service to Winter Park is just down the hill from the cabin, but we didn't need to use the neighborhood service since we drove in. And, oh my goodness, using the hot tub after a long day out was soooo nice!

Beautiful home

The listing was very accurate. Great home -- clean, well-stocked with kitchen supplies, and a really great place to hang out after skiing/snowboarding/tubing. Really close to Winter Park resort. Would definitely come back here again.

Perfect for our family

We had 5 adults, and 5 children ages 3-11 range. This house was a perfect fit for us. Check in and out was easy. We did some activities in winter park, Fraser, and Granby. Location was perfect. Great host. Couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Hiking and Mountain Biking Dream

Easy walk to the Meadow Trail trailhead. Easy access to miles and miles of trails in Arapahoe National Forest for hiking and mountain biking. We will definitely return here!

Sledding Time

Had a great time, again. Plenty of snow and some fresh snow during time we were there. Built sled run on back of house, kids and adults enjoyed it, though some of us were feeling parts of the body we didn’t know we had! House everything as expected, we will be back

A true mountain paradise

Our group of friends decided on Winter Park for a ski trip and ended up stumbling upon Rendezvous Road and we're so glad we did! It's a short drive to downtown Winter Park and the mountain, and there's even a shuttle stop just down the hill. The house was perfect for what we needed, including grilling and relaxing in the hot tub overlooking all of Fraser Valley. The views are even better in person, especially at night. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay at Amazing Property for Family Cross Country Ski Trip!

We do an annual snow trip to somewhere within driving distance of Fort Collins each February - this property was perfect for our family to have access to cross country skiing, snow hiking, tubing, and downhill skiing for those who wanted it. The property was clean, had a great family room and kitchen for gathering, had tasteful decor, a nice spa, fantastic views of Byers peak and the Fraser Valley, and plenty of space in general for our family. It is within minutes of plenty of restaurants and breweries and it was about 17 minutes for us to get to Devil's Thumb for XC skiing. We had a blast and would totally return!

First Snow for the grandkids!

Had a great time. Everything was as advertised, slope out back door was great for sledding, jacuzzi was used, great to help relax. Snowed a little every day, local event center was great for sledding for the kids, even the 2 year old!! Enjoyed the Mountain Park tubing and snowboarding by daughters was great, very quiet on the slopes, even with fresh snow!! Roads were easy and snow cleared daily, no chains needed, just 4 wheel even with snow every day. Great time by all, especially grandkids who enjoyed every day, proof was slept through every night!

A great week!

The house was the perfect size for the 7 of us, with room for several more. We loved the area, restaurants, shopping, hiking, fishing, etc. The house was great, but we felt that the furniture was not as comfortable as we older people would have liked. The dining room table was bar height and uncomfortable to eat at, much less play cards and games there after dinner. We also felt that there could have been more attention paid to the cleanliness of the house. All in all it was a good location, beautiful setting, and easy to get in touch with the property manager. We would all stay here again.

Thank you so much for letting me know about the cleanliness and I apologize it needed more attention. I contacted my Property Mgr. and apparently he had to use a different cleaning team prior to your stay. However, he is going to implement some new procedures to ensure it is cleaned to the high standard we are used to going forward, just in case he has to use a different team again. Thank you again for letting me know! I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay and we would love to have you stay again.

Amazing Winter Park home!

Our family of three stayed 5 nights and we loved everything about the house. Our teenage daughter had her own floor upstairs and my wife and I had our own floor on the bottom level. The main floor with the living room, kitchen and a large bedroom and bath is very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need to prepare your own meals. We loved the back porch with chairs overlooking Winter Park and the hot tub is an amazing place to relax and look at the stars. We found the location to be very quiet but also just a short drive to restaurants, shops and the Winter Park Village for skiing. The owner was very responsive to all my questions particularly around a snow storm that hit during our stay dropping nearly two feet of snow in a 36 hour timeframe! Even after all the snow, the driveway had been cleared and the community did an amazing job clearing the streets. Five stars all around!

The house is nice but there are drawbacks.

Hot tub is great. Views are great. Beds were comfortable. 2 car garage is nice to have. The house had 1 toilet that ran and ran, which was incredibly loud in the bedroom below. We kept having to open the top and fix it. One of the kitchen chairs was broken. The sofa is a sectional arranged in a bizarre way so the pieces aren't connected and we all took turns falling through the cracks. There is no transportation nearby so you have to drive to the mountain. There weren't bath supplies in all the bathrooms (some bathrooms had shampoo and soap, others did not). And there is no mud room or place to store boots and things when you walk in, so we had to fashion our own. For the price, I think we might be able to find something better next time.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We take all comments very seriously to ensure all of our guests have a fantastic experience. First of all, we are glad you enjoyed the hot tub, the views, the comfortable beds, and having a 2 car garage. The views are one of our favorite features of our home. We have also had guests buy identical beds for their homes because they found them so comfortable. Anytime there is a property issue, please let us know and we will have it resolved promptly. We immediately replaced the flapper that was causing the toilet to run. With regard to the sectional, there are hooks that connect each piece and it appears they came loose. We do have local transportation via the Winter Park LIFT Bus System to the ski resort. It is mentioned in both our VRBO property description and in the guest information book in the house. However, we will take a look for ways to make that more clear. The closest stop is a 0.4 mile walk from the house. The other (our preference) is 1 mile from our house where you can drive, park and take the Winter Park LIFT to the slopes. I'm very sorry to hear there weren't bath supplies in each bathroom as each one should be fully stocked. I'll certainly notify my property manager and housekeeping to ensure that they are all evenly distributed to each room. Thank you again for the gift of feedback. We appreciate it. Also, thank you again for staying at our vacation home for your ski trip. If your travels bring you back to Winter Park, we would be delighted to have you stay with us again.
