**NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANTFRONT CONDO**
Beautiful ocean views from the 7th floor!

Our oceanfront condo is a luxurious modern retreat situated right across from the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sparkling blue waters and sandy shores. The interior is a modern boho aesthetic with bright open space and sleek finishes. A great place for couples, and perfectly located close to everything but far enough away from the crowds.

The condo has one bedroom with a new king bed and 55 inch smart tv, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a shower & jet tub combo as well as two separate vanities.
All towels and linens are included. *Guest Laundry is located on our floor at the end of the hall*
The living room has a 65" smart tv and queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a coffee bar.
Enjoy breakfast or a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean out on the cozy patio.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for use.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perri and Spencer are great hosts. Their condo was absolutely perfect. We loved the layout and clean, modern design, the nicely stocked kitchen with large island, and most of all, the spacious lanai with comfortable seating and a gorgeous ocean view! We very much appreciated being able to park in the building (our Honda CRV fit nicely around the turns and narrow ramps). The location was very convenient, and it was peaceful in the building during our visit—decent sound proofing! We would definitely choose to stay again on our next visit to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect view. Worked perfectly for a romantic get away. Was close to everything (less than 10 min drive) yet it felt very private. Communication with host was great and the condo had everything we needed. Friendly note… parking garage is available but on the narrow side so larger vehicles will have a touch time…but there is a parking lot directly behind the garage which worked perfectly.

What an amazing week at Boho Beach Nest! Everything was clean and beautiful, and they had the place stocked with all the comforts of home. Perri and Spencer are the BEST hosts we’ve ever had at a Vrbo. We definitely want to come back to their condo next summer!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The room was very clean, modern, and exactly as described. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well maintained. The hosts were extremely accommodating, responsive, and made the entire experience easy from check-in to check-out. Stay was a perfect weekend getaway for our anniversary. Even though the property is dated, the condo was like new. We would absolutely stay here again. It is perfect for a couple and a couple of kids.

Great location if you want easy access to the beach. Everything was clean and instructions were clear. The indoor pool was a big hit with our family of 3 given the weather was not beach friendly. My only tip would be to measure your car before you go—the property is extremely specific about what is considered “oversized” and therefore allowed in the lot as opposed to the ridiculously tight parking garage. Otherwise we had a blast and would stay here again.

The property itself was smaller than what I expected. The photos made it appear larger. The place wasn't as clean as it could have been. The bath tub was dirty along with the living room table and end tables. Hair was everywhere and the floors were dirty. The cleaners can do better. The parking is terrible and limited. Our stay was peaceful and relaxing.

The condo was exactly like the pictures and the location is great. The view through the large sliding door was nice and the balcony was a cool place to hang out on.Condo had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. Our go to spot!

This was our second time staying at this beautiful condo! It’s so easy to check in, beautifully decorated, clean and has everything we need! Not to mention that it’s literally steps away from the beach and comes with beach accessories! Thank you so much Perri and Spencer for having us!
