**NEWLY RENOVATED OCEANTFRONT CONDO**
Beautiful ocean views from the 7th floor!

Our oceanfront condo is a luxurious modern retreat situated right across from the beach, offering a spectacular view of the sparkling blue waters and sandy shores. The interior is a modern boho aesthetic with bright open space and sleek finishes. A great place for couples, and perfectly located close to everything but far enough away from the crowds.

The condo has one bedroom with a new king bed and 55 inch smart tv, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The bathroom is complete with a shower & jet tub combo as well as two separate vanities.
All towels and linens are included. *Guest Laundry is located on our floor at the end of the hall*
The living room has a 65" smart tv and queen sleeper sofa, fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials and a coffee bar.
Enjoy breakfast or a nice cup of coffee while overlooking the ocean out on the cozy patio.
Indoor/Outdoor pool, hot tub, and sauna are available for use.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The whole process was seamless and it was an amazing stay! The view alone was worth it, to watch the sunrise each morning while enjoying our coffee was priceless. This VRBO is awesome and both Perry/Spencer were excellent hosts. Communication was swift and clear from check in to check out.We had an issue with the water temperature in the shower. Within a couple of hours there was a plumber on site to fix the problem. I couldn't believe how quickly they got this solved for us. Amazing!As far as VRBO stays go I have never had a better experiance. I would recommend staying here to anyone. The view of the beach is spectacular (especially for sunrise).You will not be disappointed if you book here. 5 stars.

The condo was exactly like the pictures and the location is great. The view through the large sliding door was nice and the balcony was a cool place to hang out on.Condo had everything we needed to make the stay comfortable. The hosts were always quick to respond with and questions during the booking process.

Anniversary Trip

We had such a great mini vacation for our anniversary! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and has everything you need! Location is great to choose from many different restaurants and we even drove to Murrells Inlet one evening to have dinner on the inlet waterway! We can’t wait to go back again and stay!
