About this property

Gated Condo Across the Street From the Beach 🌴

This cozy condo is across the street from the beach with secured gate access ensures your privacy and safety.

Our second floor unit has a remodeled kitchen and master bedroom with king size bed. The large living space offers a flat screen TV with Roku for streaming using the wireless internet provided. Enjoy views of the heated pool and tropical gardens from our screened-in lanai.

At the complex, you can relax at the pool, enjoy the sauna, play shuffleboard, or grill on one of the three BBQ grills. Laundry facilities are available on the same floor as the condo.

We provide beach chairs, towels, and cooler when you are ready to walk across the street to the beach.

The area is walkable to shops, restaurants, markets, and piers.

The unit has two assigned parking spots.

Upon your arrival, during business hours, you need to sign in at the clubhouse to pay $150 association fee. You will receive the parking permits after the payment has been made.

All rentals are minimum of 28 days.
