Our Newport Beach vacation home is a decorator’s dream, with artistically detailed furnishings, murals, etched glass, and plush comfort throughout. Granite counters, custom upholstery, linens and fixtures, along with a spectacular view make this home a memorable destination that draws vacationers back year after year!
The entire upper floor presents dramatic ocean and coastline views from sunrise to sunset!

Interior French doors provide privacy between the sitting area and spacious master bedroom suite, which includes:
- grand Cal King bed
- French doors open onto outdoor deck (listed above)
- private bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The downstairs level boasts a wide open floor plan:

- gas log fireplace
- flat screen TV
- dining/game table
- gourmet kitchen fully stocked with appliances, cookware, dinnerware

Note: Two twin trifold floor mats, plus extra linens/pillows, are provided to accommodate a total of 8 maximum guests (these are best suited for children) Rollaway twin beds are available for rent (see below) as a better option for adults.
The front patio provides the best entertainment of all: plentiful sightings of dolphins, various species of migrating whales and other wonderful sea life can be viewed just off-shore any time of year. Likewise, watching the human world go by along the boardwalk throughout the day is a favorite pasttime as well. The patio serves as grand central for guests' outdoor activities with plenty of space for the built-in barbecue grill and outdoor dining area.
Optimally situated between the Newport and Balboa Pier, our home is also a short walk to full access of Newport’s beautiful bay and pleasure harbor for boating, kayaking, paddling and sight-seeing, along with multiple restaurants and other casual eateries and shops.
Due to the moderate coastal climate, this house (like most in the area) DOES NOT have air conditioning.
Laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies. There are two long term lease studio apartments at the rear of this property. The garage parking is for studio tenant use only. The laundry facilities are shared with those tenants.
PARKING: Two spaces along the property’s private side driveway/parking strip, which can accommodate all size vehicles. There is also general neighborhood street parking, metered, unmetered and pay-station.

Perfect beachfront location, very dated interior as pictured.
You cannot beat the incredible location, which is why the 4 stars. The pictures really do the interior justice, full of jungle themed, painted murals, handmade paper wallpaper to look like bricks, and tons of fake plants covered in dust. I would give 2 stars if only reviewing the inside. However, that all seems to melt away if you just look at the view. Having to be out of the place by 10am on Sunday was rough- even 11am would feel more reasonable. The weather was very hot, but not really safe to keep the windows open downstairs, and you have to keep doors open upstairs to get any cool air.
Location was perfect & house was immaculate and comfortable! Would definitely stay here again!
Great location and house
Loved the location. besides the beach you have basketball courts, jungle gym and volleyball nets all in sight from your courtyard. Right around the corner is a little market which has everything and saves you last minute driving trips to pavillions. The house has everything you need and the views are amazing. We had the French doors open every night falling asleep to the crashing waves. We will definitely stay here again.
Rented for a birthday celebration
This beach house is like being at home with great accommodations. Our family and friends could not believe how well kept the house was. We had a wonderful three days.

It was very nice. Would have been nicer with a garage, but at least there was parking.
The décor is very dated, and the downstairs sofa needs "help".
All in all, a good week. Very quiet and peaceful. Great beach. Decent TVs. BBQ is good. Plenty of seating, inside and out. Nice views from upstairs. Very comfortable for a party of four,
