Leo and Jessica, thank you very much for an amazing stay, everything was spot on, the only thing i needed to bring with me was food, this amazing house had everything needed from a to z. If I am ever in Tampa again this will be the no question location to stay over and over. The host was very responsive and respectful, truly a premium host. I would recommend this rental anytime of the year.

We had a great stay at the house!! We especially loved the pool area - with all the shade it was still comfortable to be outside in the summer heat.

We were visiting with family members who had a young child so the back yard oasis was a perfect place for us all to gather. The pool and yard is perfect for families. The host communicated daily and the check-in was easy. The neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood felt very safe. Grocery shopping was within a 5 minute drive.

Our host was an excellent communicator. Very prompt and responsive. The house is very clean and extremely well organized and equipped. The back yard is a lovely, private oasis with a heated pool. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant.

House is great for a large group. The home is well equipped for a comfortable stay. Towels were abundant (which is always rare in vacation rentals). The home needs a few interior fixes (garbage disposal, fan remotes, loud beeping noise in a locked closet upstairs) but far superior to staying in a hotel. Close to multiple grocery stores, restaurants and Busch Gardens. Would definitely stay here again for a theme park day - was great to come home in the hottest part of the day then return in the evening. Thank you Leo!

Tampa Stay

House was very livable. The pool needs a hand rail for access in & out of pool. Could only find one thermostat to regulate the temperature so the downstairs was freezing and the upstairs ok. Thought the price was high for what we got.
