The layout was fabulous, especially the gaming room right off the kitchen, so while meals were prepared, the kids were within earshot! Also, the neighborhood was safe and quiet,

This house was everything we could have wanted. So spacious for our family. Kids loved the game room and back yard. Hot tub was a wonderful touch. House was a little warm, it was 90s outside and the owner immediately mailed some fans for us to use which helped so much. We would stay here again. Perfect location to reach RMNP and Chyenne Frontier Days.

The pics of the outside of the house don't do it justice, the inside is fabulous. Great area, close to things to do or shopping, quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend

Loved this stay! If we ever need to book a house for Colorado again this is going to be my first stop check! Family friendly for sure and just so cozy and comfortable.

The house was amazing! The arcade was so much fun, the theatre room was nice, and the hot tub was relaxing! The house is close to the city, close to Rocky Mountain National Park, and close to FoCo. It was a great home base for our adventures! The host was very communicative and accommodating. Facebook group: Surprise Adventure Club

Overall we greatly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was our first VRBO experience and I'd say for the most part it exceeded our expectations. The host promptly answered any questions we had. The house was spacious enough for our group of 9, and the kids aged 5-10 loved the game room. It was an awesome home base for all of our activities. There were some small issues that came up like cheap cookware that wasn't the greatest for making eggs for breakfast. We also had to give both the grill and the coffee maker a deep clean before using. But they provided the coffee and it was awesome to have a grill to use!

This house was awesome. Our family of 3 (with 5 year old), plus a friend, stayed and it was so much fun. Each morning and evening we had plenty of entertainment at the house between the arcade games, air hockey, foosball, hot tub, and theater screen. The kitchen was well supplied for easy meal prep. We enjoyed the location: Great playground across from the lake/big hearts in Loveland. Easy drive up to Estes Park for beautiful views. Perfect learn-to-ski and tubing hill less than 30 minutes away in Windsor (Hoedown Hill). Will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Nice home

Great location. We had great time there, kids enjoyed the game room and theater . The only thing I wanted to mention is that there is no shampoo/body wash provided, remember to bring your own.

A wedding in June

We traveled as a family, parents of children 8 and 6 and grandmother.Plenty of space for all of us. Very clean and quiet!This location made it easy to get to Fort Collins for extended family gatherings and to the wedding venue, Sylvandale Ranch.

Great for families

Very nicely remodeled with things for the kids to do. Close to FoCo activities, we boated at Horsetooth reservoir. Only negative was a neighbor blasting music one evening, but they shut it down before it got dark so only a minor annoyance. Would stay there again.
