Fully remodeled with 6 bedrooms (3 king and 3 queen-sized beds), 3-1/2 baths, two large family rooms plus a 4-season room for dining, game night or your morning coffee. Relax and enjoy the newly installed 7-person hot tub, evenings under the large lighted pergola with gas fire pit, and huge patio which will accommodate the whole group. This home is CLEAN and PRISTINE for you to enjoy your stay!

We had a wonderful time - lots of space to hang out with family and friends. The house is clean and well organized with all of the kitchen cupboards and drawers labeled. The outdoor area was also beautiful with a lovely hot tub and fire pit. We would definitely stay there again!Thanks to Jeff and Eileen for being wonderful hosts and very responsive to our needs!

Great Space!

This is one great stay. We rent places all the time and this was by far one of the best homes, clean and comfortable. This is a great choice for a family traveling.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had the best time staying here. We stayed with 13 adults and 1 toddler. We were all very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again! We loved the outdoor patio area!

This is a beautiful property. Fantastic for entertaining additional family plenty of amenities the hot tub is wonderful and the outdoor atmosphere is only matching the indoor, both stellar.

Comfortable and Clean

This property was very comfortable and clean. It had everything we could need to cook and plenty of space for everyone to sleep comfortably and spread out. The sun room was great for meals and there is a nice yard. Easy walk to the lake.

Perfect for our family!

We were visiting a cousin in Loveland and needed a large home to accommodate 10 of us. This home not only had 6 bedrooms, but 2 living areas and a nice yard so we could spread out. It was just right for us!

Home-Away-From-Home! Excellent Location! Amazing Hosts!

Everything about our stay at this house was amazing! There is plenty of seating for large family meals, whether in the four seasons room or outside at the picnic tables. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, large living room, and the fully-stocked kitchen. We felt so at-home and the layout of the home and bedrooms/bathrooms served our family group perfectly! The hosts were unbelievably hospitable, and from the moment we walked in to when we left there was excellent communication for any needs that arose. I feel blessed that this home was available for the dates we needed for a special celebration in Ft. Collins. It's location is so convenient for Estes Park/Rocky Mountain National Park, Ft. Collins (with it's night life in Old Town and live music scene) and the beautiful scenic drive towards The Mishawaka music venue and Rustic, CO/Red Feather Lakes (whether via the back route through Masonville or through Ft. Collins). I will cherish the beautiful family memories and time we shared at this home!!

Family Gathering

Wonderful stay in Loveland

This property is essentially two houses in one! The basement has three bedrooms and a bathroom that is buffered by a family room and the kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We had two families of four and two grandparents stay and we all had plenty of space and privacy. We really enjoyed the comfortable couches and back yard.

Great stay in Loveland

We stayed at this property on our recent family visit to Loveland and the surrounding area. Family in this case was actually four couples with five children. The house fit us well - everything from the six bedrooms and three baths to multiple family room spaces. We loved the porch and fire pit for evening rest time. The home has easy access to local destinations: Estes Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, and community parks like Round Mountain and Devil's Backbone. We had a great time hiking and sight seeing every day and slept well each night. This beautiful home was perfect for us.

Thanksgiving family get together

This property was perfect for our family who met in CO from 3 different states. It is very well equipped from the kitchen to the linens, to baby items, to games etc. The 6 bedrooms and multiple living spaces allowed ample room for everyone to be together and yet afford some privacy. Due to the weather (cold and snowy) we were not able to enjoy the large backyard with great seating options and covered patio with fire pit. Communication with the hosts was excellent.

TT December Wedding

This was an incredible property. We have stayed in several rental homes in different times of the year and in different states. Overall, this is one of our top two properties that we have ever stayed in. This one, in particular might be our number one overall because of its location in the city. It was quiet, the neighbors were friendly, and it was easy to get to. Besides that, the home was well stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with, and super generous. They even left us a wonderful card along with a bottle of wine. That was a classy move.This home was everything as described, and even more. It was well worth the money.

In person this property far exceeds the beautiful pictures. The home felt like it was brand new, remodeled just before our stay. A relaxing layout with separate living and family rooms. Perfect Set Up

This well-decorated, comfortable home met the needs of our group in the area on a business trip, and we couldn't have been more pleased. Each bedroom/bathroom was spacious and clean. The living spaces were great for getting our group together to socialize and conduct meetings. The kitchen had everything we needed and the spaces outside were more than we could have hoped for. This is a great location and I wouldn't hesitate staying here again for either a business trip or for a family gathering. The hosts were quick to respond and gracious in their communications. Most recently he has added vacation rental properties in Colorado Springs and Florida, and this one in Loveland. This property is one that he is proud to have brought up-to-date with excellence by remodeling the kitchen and baths, and finishing the basement to enable families and friends to gather together on their vacations. Jeff and Eileen have worked together to furnish and supply this home to be able to extend hospitality to those who would enjoy exploring Northern Colorado.

Outside, there's a large patio with picnic tables, bistro tables, an outdoor grill, and a lighted pergola and fire pit for cozy evenings. This home has just undergone a total interior remodel of the kitchen and all baths on the main floor and a brand new basement finish to provide a total of 6 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths: 3 master-sized bedrooms with king beds, and 3 additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds. The main level master bedroom has an en suite bath. The remodeled shared baths were designed to efficiently accommodate larger groups, each including double vanities, separated from the toilet and shower room. Location, location, location! The home is located just a few blocks from the west side of Lake Loveland, and also just 4 minutes to the quaint Loveland downtown with shopping and restaurants and local bars. Just a couple blocks to the south is Highway 34, the main artery west to Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park...a must-see while your in the area!
