We had an excellent stay. The view is amazing and the condo is literally steps from the beach. The property also provided chairs, a small cooler and a beach bag. We rented the umbrella which was a must needed add. There's no dishwasher or W/D in the unit which we didn't realize at time of booking but really wasn't an issue for us. The beach is uncrowded which I loved. It was a great vacation for my daughter and me. I would definitely rent this property again!

It is always a blessing to be at the beach in a BEAUTIFUL place

We love the beach and are always looking for a great place to stay. We received just that with BBC 213! Clean, friendly, convenient. All of what is needed to enjoy the Sun and the Sand was there. Supper attentive staff and very friendly guests and attendees. We would definitely book again!

We recently stayed at Sandy Feet in Belleair Beach for a quick 3-day trip. The highlight is definitely the view—absolutely beautiful and exactly what you’d hope for with a beachfront stay. The balcony is small and the chairs aren’t very comfortable, but it’s still a nice spot to take in the scenery.When we arrived, the condo was quite warm, which was frustrating after traveling, though it cooled down after a couple of hours. After reading the thermostat instructions (set to 76 when leaving), this made more sense.We enjoyed the beach our first evening, but some amenities could use improvement. The four beach towels felt damp and appeared to be dirty. There were three beach chairs, but none were of high quality Inside, the condo had a persistent damp, slightly sticky feeling that stood out compared to other beachfront rentals we’ve stayed in. The hot water was also an issue—it ran out quickly, even with just two people and was lukewarm to cool during the last half of the second persons shower The bedroom is located along the exterior wall near the front door and walkway, so noise was an issue. We could hear people passing by both early in the morning and late at night, which made it difficult to get restful sleep.We booked this stay last minute when options were limited. While the location and view were wonderful, there were enough drawbacks that we would likely plan further ahead next time to find a better overall fit if we return to the area.

The view was outstanding!!! The property was clean inside and outside. It was an amazing view of the sunrise and sunsets right from the unit or on the balcony. The beach was not crowded as the beach access was somewhat exclusive. It’s not a fancy place to stay but it had everything you might need. You should go!

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate our 30th anniversary. Although it is a small space (which we expected), it is arranged well and plenty roomy for two! The view is A-MAZ-ING. It was very clean, and the towels were luxurious. The beach was not crowded and nearly empty on a Saturday afternoon. The beach had many smaller shells and we also found shark teeth. Although there is no oven, the microwave and toaster oven are large. We enjoyed our celebration.

Perfect spot

This was the perfect oceanside spot! We were so close to the beach, and our condo had great views. We love how the chairs on the balcony were high so that we had an unobstructed view of the Ocean. We loved being so close to Clearwater, but appreciated that Belleair Beach is much less crowded. We would definitely look to book again.

Amazing Stay

Condo is cute, clean and has an amazng view. Great pool, with lots of outside seating on the property. Kitchen is well equipped too. We would definitely stay here again, perfect for a couple.

Enjoyed our stay at this quiet get away with private beach access! Our room had a wonderful view as well! Will definitely be coming back!

A Great Getaway

A long weekend where we actually managed to sit on the beach! Unit was as advertised. Would rent from this company again.

Excellent location with amazing view of ocean

Amazing location and phenomenal view. This room is literally on the beach just a few steps to the ocean.

Construction ON the beach the entire time that we were there. I contacted the Management Team several times and was told "we will look into this tomorrow". I had to continue contacting them throughout the stay. On another note, the condo is much smaller than shown in picture. There wasn't any room on balcony to sit comfortably. Would not book again!!!

Kara - We’re truly sorry to hear that the beach restoration project affected your stay. Unfortunately, this work is completely out of our control and is scheduled by the City and Pinellas County without advance notice or specific timelines. These county-managed restoration projects are essential to combat erosion caused by storms and to protect the local economy and infrastructure. By replenishing the sand, the work helps create a buffer against storm surge—protecting homes, businesses, and public areas from flooding and damage. A healthy beach system is also vital to maintaining the beauty and tourism that support the community. We completely understand that vacation is never the ideal time for such necessary projects. Throughout your stay, the Sandy Feet team responded promptly to every call, text, and email with the updates that were available at the time. We also issued a complimentary refund as a gesture of goodwill to acknowledge the inconvenience. The good news is that the restoration at Belleair Beach Club has since been completed, and the beach is once again fully open and beautiful for future guests to enjoy.

Emil is a dedicated firefighter/medic with St. Petersburg Fire Rescue and the owner of Baltic Remodeling, where he brings dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. Angie, a licensed realtor, seasoned home stager, and interior designer, has been helping clients fall in love with spaces for over 15 years.

What began as managing their own vacation homes has grown into a thriving business now overseeing nearly 100 beautiful rentals in the area. Their personal touch, attention to detail, and love for hosting set them apart.
