Wonderful

Everything was great, from the accommodations to the weather. We were teased by the beautiful pool that looked ready to go but we weren’t able to take advantage of yet. When the repairs are complete on the hurricane damage, it will be perfect!

Amazing!!!

This place is wonderful!! The decor is perfect, and exactly the vibe you want on the beach! Perfect beach view and the location is great! Everything in the condo is updated, new appliances and TVs! I would definitely book this place if you’re still debating!

Overall our stay was great. The condo was nice and gave us plenty of room. The outside could use some upgrades and the gates getting to the pool and beach. The pool was nice, and loved that it was right by the beach! Short drive on Gulf Blvd to John's pass and other places to eat and have fun!

Really beautifully decorated. I would recommend high rise chairs for balcony to see better. Maybe some chairs, tent and beach towels would be nice.

Everything was great. The room was very clean. The only problem we had was with the key to get to the pool and ocean. The locks need to be replaced.

Good view of beach and sunset. Clean apartment with large main bedroom. Airy and bright. Very nice pool. Convenient location. Minimal noise. Lack of washer dryer was a bummer.

Everything was 5 stars except the washer/dryer is not in the unit. They are on the next floor and are coin operated.

Great location

Kitchen well equipped. Nice view with the exception of the building next-door (which you have no control over). I saw in another review that the couch smells. I couldn't agree more. We couldn't even sit on it. Other then that we enjoyed our stay and this location.

Couples trip

Very nice condo with great beach access. Condo was spacious and clean, only complaint would be the water pressure. It was so strong in the master bath you could barely stand under it, however, both bathroom faucets barely had any water coming out of them. I would also suggest, more bath towels and washcloths since it's a 2 bedroom unit. There were lots of beach stuff which was really nice. Several chairs, coolers, umbrellas, volleyball, etc.

Overall great, but some small improvements would make it amazing

Overall the stay was good. The kitchen was not as equipped as I would have liked. It also would have been great to have more towels and dish towels. It would have been nice to have a vacuum, as the broom that was provided was useless for sweeping up sand. The TVs in the bedroom would not connect to the wifi and I had to use my personal hotspot to watch netflix. The TV service in the main living space only worked sporadically.

We had a a great stay. Location is perfect, beachfront. Beds confortable. Nothing is missing in the kitchen. The unit is a bit old. The windows are stained , the walls need some paint. The bathrooms are used. But this is ok. It is very comfortable. The only bug is the bugs. The one that are crawling in Florida. They are in the kitchen mainly and in the bedrooms. If the controls pest was up to date this would not be a problem. You got to bring beach towels. We got there middle of April. The pool and the sea are warm enough to swim. The Mexican restaurant in front is fun. We rented beach chairs for the week. It is not far from Clearwater and St Petersburg Beach. If it was not for the bugsssss, it would be perfect. It really affects the quality of the place. I would suggest a closed garbage container and a good bug spray. Enjoy!

Mattresses need to be replaced

We rented this condo for 2 weeks and it wasn’t cheap (VRBO won’t allow me to state the per week rate) and had to sleep on the worst king mattress imaginable. We could feel the springs when we laid down on it and every time one of us moved the whole mattress wiggled. We even tried the twin mattresses but they were as hard as a wood floor. We contacted the property management company and they dropped off a 1.5 inch foam topper which did nothing. Our experience was incredibly disappointing. A vacation is supposed to restful but when you wake up every morning after sleeping poorly and with a sore back it is frustrating. What was truly sad is that the condo’s decor is quite nice and location is great. DO NOT RENT THIS CONDO UNLESS THEY TELL YOU THAT THE MATTRESSES HAVE BEEN REPLACED.

Beautiful beach; Dirty floors = dirty feet

We enjoyed the rental unit. Beach and pool are awesome. Everything was updated, but the bathrooms. Unit was pretty clean. But, a few issues really annoyed me. First, there are not enough towels given for 4 people x 7 days. There is not enough towelette paper given for 4 people x 7 days. I am not the first person to mention both of these issues, so it’s really annoying to see the comments are ignored by the rental company. Second, the floor is impossible to keep clean because there are no mates or rugs in the place. I’m used to beach place, but this is really bad. I had to clean the floors daily. Please add some rugs in the place. If you stay here, I highly recommend bringing a wet swiffer and wipes to clean the floors with. They only provide a mop and vacuum, which do not work to clean the floors. Bonus closet with all the beach gear is plus. But, the large blue tarp and umbrellas are all broken. So, don’t drag them out to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and everything worked great. With exception, the ice maker in the fridge did not work. Please fix it. My only other issue is that I had to drive 15 min away to pick up the keys to condo. We flew in and did not rent car. So, I had to borrow a car from my parents to do this. Just seems ridiculous to not have keys available on site.

We have stayed in that area in the past, love it. I don’t remember ever reading anything about a physical key to get into lobby/stair/elevator area. As well as pool and beach access. Very inconvenient. Everyone we talked to that stayed there agreed. I like the idea of being secure but people literally left the gates open sometimes so others didn’t have to dig for their keys. Get with the times and add numerical access codes like the condo room itself. I would consider myself pretty particular when it comes to cleanliness. I used my purchased antibacterial wipes to wipe down everything upon arrival. Under the beds and window sills and floor boards were covered in dust bunnies. But other than that place seemed clean. The blankets and extra bedding folded in closets did not smell like clean laundry but didn’t smell bad either. Couch smelled gross per my child. We covered it in sheets. Water pressure was wonderful. Carpet in hallways need to go. Decor was beautiful. Bed was uncomfortable. Back room with twin beds was always hot so the kids always slept with us. We couldn’t figure out bedroom TVs. And I feel like I’m pretty tech savvy. We did get shows in living room. No curtain in front of sliding balcony door. Which would’ve have been nice for privacy but also keeping the condo cool. We honestly enjoyed our stay. I would stay there again. I’m just trying to be very honest so sorry if this sounds brutal! I just wanted to include the negatives.

Loved the area, had an issue with hot water for first 2 shower days, finally figured out the shower pressure on our own. This condo sits right above the gate that enters and exits the beach, gate drags in the ground so loud noise as well as if you sit on the deck you might as well be sitting by the gate. You hear every time someone uses the elevator, lots of motor noise, and hear every step someone makes above you. Iron and ironing board broken, the rest of appliances worked great. Might be interested in other side of condo complex(ie 101) but overall will probably look elsewhere for next stay.

We enjoyed our stay on the gulf coast near St. Petersberg. There are so many options for accommodations, I would skip this one. The king bed literally had metal springs and frame interupting comfort and sleep, with about 1/2 inch of padding. After a night or two of this, my husband abandoned the bed, hoping for more comfort in the twin bed room. A structural problem of the building is that room is adjacent to the building's stairway, so folks using that passage and slamming door are literally 12" from one's head.The event that dropped the star rating all the way to one is what I call the Toilet Paper War with the management company. After getting our supply of groceries , we discovered there were no extra rolls of toilet paper in the unit. It became evident that the skimpy toilet paper was not going to last a week visit. I called the company and asked the company to have their staff drop off a couple of rolls -- and they REFUSED. After unnecessary back and forth, they said we could DRIVE to their office a couple towns over to pick up a roll. The next day we asked to cleaner with her cart if we could restock our unit with a couple rolls of TP, offered with a smile. Lets just say this org is NOT mission-informed hospitality. Seriously, TP is not standard supplies! Also, no scrubby in the kitchen, standard stock for units with kitchens. Yep, I suggest you find accommodations that have a different management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely location, beautiful, well kept beach with easy access. Building elevator worked every time! Unit clean and well stocked with cooking equipment (except for wine glasses 🫤) we appreciated not needing so many keys with the new combination locks on units! Specifically Unit 104 needs a hand towel rack repair and sliding doors to balcony need blinds/privacy shade or something as it is fully visible from the beach,,especially at night! Had a great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 1. No water pressure in master bathroom sink. It trickles, literally. 2. There were roaches in the master.3. The furniture is stained and dirty. 4. The twin beds were full of sand. 5. The elevator was iffy at best. It kept halting. 6. The gates were never locked. We didn't even need to use the key. 7. The kitchen was fully equipped (i.e., pot holders, pots)8. The condo always smelled like hot cabbage. 9. The comforter was stained and there were extra pillows, but no extra linens for the pillows. 10. There was a turd in the toilet upon arrival. The "seal" they used to clean the toilets were both broken. All in all, disappointed. The only good thing was the location.
