House is fantastic, right in the middle of town. Super clean and very well equipped. Highly recommend this house if you’re headed to Meeker.

Perfect home away from home with all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed sitting on front porch and visiting with locals who were getting their mail. Great communication and very clean home. Appreciated parking in back for our truck and trailer.

We loved this place. Great place, perfect location, comfy king size bed, high end furnishings. We couldn’t ask for anything that wasn’t provided. It is exactly advertised. First time in Meeker and loved the small town vibe!

Perfect Location

This place was perfect for us! Its in the center of town and had parking to accommodate our trailer. The inside is comfortable and had everthing we needed. Thanks for your hospitality, we wil be back!

This house is perfectly located in the heart of Meeker. Clean and well supplied with great access to everything going on in town. Rear parking and covered parking is available and excellent at this location. Well worth the stay and will be back!!!

Great property…Seems like it has been newly renovated. Awesome living room to relax in after long days exploring and fishing. Some of the perks were a Keurig coffee machine, with plenty of coffee pods, and a gas grill in the back with a full propane tank. I will stay here again when I come back to the area

I could live here

This property was just beautiful. Great bed in the master bedroom. All the things you could want in the kitchen. Comfortable, newly renovated with perfect taste. Had fun sitting on front porch in the friendly town of Meeker. Walking distance to almost everything. Hope to return.

Perfect, relaxing, clean & beautiful little house. We enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, quant and the decor was very modern eclectic. The bathroom shower was very nice and big, the king sized bed was very comfortable and bedroom was perfect. Love the fireplace, cute kitchen and dining area. Everything you need for a quiet comfortable stay. Thank You for having us. We will definitely stay here again. Barbara & Jerry.

PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT in every way!

Ryan and his wife have prepared a haven that covers every need. From coffee pods to bikes to ride and everything you can imagine in the middle! Lots of towels, complete kitchen set up: oil, spices, coffee pods, cleaning supplies and more. Sit on front porch next to post office and watch the locals pick up their daily mail and wave at you like a local. A walk to all restaurants, bakeries and museums!! Nestled in the mountains! We could have easily stayed a month here. We’ll be back!

Vacation to ride in the Mountains

We choose Meeker Colorado for the OHV trails and that we could drive in town and out to the trails. The house was perfect. My 13 y/o daughter was able to sleep on the couch and there was plenty of room for all of us. The driveway was long enough to fit our Truck, Trailer and OHV. We happened to book during Range Call (July 4th Celebration) so the town was busy and seemed to always have something going on. Which didn’t affect us, we did like walking around the town and did some shopping. We spent most of our time away from the house during the day and at night it was pretty quiet. A downfall to us was the restaurants. They all were good but just basic. Nothing we ate was amazing which wanted us to return. We I guess are used to vacation where what we are made us want to return just for the amazing food. I also enjoy not cooking while on vacation and the house was stocked we hardly used the kitchen.

Ryan and Rachel are thrilled to share their space with you. Ryan is from Meeker where his family roots extend five generations while Rachel spent her thriving childhood in Boulder, CO. The dynamic duo started their story together at Colorado State University and now reside in Steamboat Springs where they are living out their 20s as "work hard play hard" young professionals. They desire to provide you with a unique experience and encourage you to leave the TV off, put the phones away, and authentically encounter not only the surrounding mountains and wildlife but most importantly, the family or friends traveling with you.

It is important to us that you enjoy every aspect of your trip. We are here to help. Ryan is a 5th generation from the valley. He has explored nearly every part of the area and can most likely answer any question you have. If he can't, his dad, John Wix can! He lives in town minutes from the house. Hospitality runs in my blood as my family ran the renowned Sleepy Cat Guest Ranch for many years.

Ryan and Rachel both graduated from Colorado State - Go Rams! Ryan works in the energy industry as an engineer. Due to work, he is not always around, however, he is always available by phone to call or text. If he is not in the area and you need any immediate assistance or experience an issue, his dad is just a couple minutes away and available to quickly address your needs.
