The patio area is great for relaxing and overlooking the community pool. Here you can fire up the charcoal grill or simply enjoy the modern furniture seating around an accent table. The private community pool is located just behind patio area. Rest assured that you’ll be able to enjoy a swim without crowds of people, as pool is gated for our community only.

☆☆ PETS ☆☆
Up to (2) dogs less than 30 pounds are welcome as long as the pet policy is adhered to, with approval. There is a one-time $150 fee per stay which covers up to two dogs. Please note the the fee is a separate charge sent over after booking is confirmed.

A few important things to keep in mind:

- Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload a copy of your driver license

- A $350 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported.

-Minimum of 25 years or Older to Book and must stay the full time at the property.

- Check in time is 4PM CST and checkout time is 10AM CST. These times are important to note, as we can not guarantee any flexibility in arrival or departure as it depends on many factors that are beyond our control (i.e. condition of the home at previous guest departure, maintenance needed, cleaning, guests departing or arriving the same day, etc.)

- Our cleaners offer a courtesy supply of LIGHT amenities (a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish detergent). We do not stock spices, oils, sunscreen, food storage (ziplocs, foil etc.) so please plan accordingly if you'll need these items.

-If you have a trip longer than 24 hours, or are coming with a larger group please plan ahead & bring any extra items you anticipate needing during your stay.

- All linens are provided for your stay. WE DO NOT provide beach towels for guests to use poolside or at the beach. WE DO provide beach cart, 6 chairs, cooler, and umbrella for guests.

-Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, please book with accurate guest count for your stay and to ensure we’ve provided enough linens as well.

-Due to this being a residential community, noise ordinances are at 10pm sharp. We do not permit excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances at any time.
