This is our family unit. We love going to the beach and spending time in Panama City. We would love to share our place with you. Here are some of the features we have...

This was our second time (or third) at Pelican Walk. One of the few properties in PCB that allows trailer parking and is pet friendly. Great views from the balcony. Our host was very easy to work with.

Clean room, loved the view, Host was very helpful and friendly would rate this vacation a 10...bed was comfortable,had washer and dryer..and dishwasher... Stayed oct 11-14 wonderful time... Will be going back ...staff very friendly...love it

Cinsidering the nightly rate and tge fact that it was on the beach, we werent expecting much. However, we were very pleasantly surprised. It was a beautiful and very clean condo. It was stocked with all the comforts of home. Dishes, cookware, etc. Available for use. The view was also awesome.

View from the balcony was perfect and the condo was very clean with plenty of towels and amenities. Randy, the owner, was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Great place to stay and plan to be back!

Super vacation

We had a great vacation. Great and comfortable place to stay. The owner did everything possible to make our vacation happen, always in touch and ready to solve any problems if they arise. Thank you very much Randy for our wonderful vacation.

Host great to work with

We booked this less than 24 hours before our arrival for a last minute vacation. The host reached out almost immediately. Once we got close we messaged him & we had our code to get into the room with in 8 minutes. The room was very clean & even had sample size toiletries which is mice to have on your first night . The room was very clean . It was nice being on the 2nd floor . We will most definitely be back .

Property exactly as described. Owner was great to deal with. Easy check in and check out. Located on quieter end of PCB. Beaches were less crowded. 2nd floor unit overlooks the pool and the beach. Never needed to use the elevator. Quieter end also avoids the crazy traffic down by pier park.Definately recommend.

Great Value, Great Vacation

My family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay here. The host described the unit accurately. It's very hard to find an affordable "oceanfront" unit that accepts a dog. The unit is very cleaned and it has all the amenities needed including a laundry center. I truly enjoyed my morning coffee by the deck watching and listening the waves and my daughter with my husband and other guests enjoying the swimming pool right below me. I love the fact that it's on the second story which makes it easy to take our 'furbaby' out.Lastly, Randy, the owner, was very responsive to any questions we have.We will surely be back. We highly recommend.

Paradise for Memorial Day Week 2025

Amazing stay for a week in Randy's condo. Everything was perfect! Clean, comfortable, pet friendly just a hop, skip and a jump from the elevator. On the 2nd floor so only a few steps if the elevator is busy. Comfortable bed, cozy living room and balcony with an awesome view of the beautiful Gulf and pool. Condo had everything we needed including washer/dryer. We had a fabulous time and hope to come back soon. Randy our host was very communicative and answered any questions we had.

We stay at Pelican Walk whenever we visit the beach going on three years now and we like that it's on the beach, dog friendly, clean, quiet and relaxing. We also like being where the beach is not packed with so many vacationers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in this apartment in Panama City Beach .The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The balcony offered views of the ocean, making it the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee or watch the sunset. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a day at the beach. The location was ideal,in front of the beach, just go down and have your feet in the sand . The building itself was well-maintained, with great facilities like a pool and spa. This apartment is anyone for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Panama City Beach. I can’t wait to return!

Nice complex

The condo is spacious for a 1-bedroom, 2 bath. Elevator nearby. Carts avail for hauling suitcases and groceries. Beautiful view overlooking a pool and Gulf. Huge sandy beach. 2 assoc pickleball courts with people to play with and large dog area with bags, on the backside of the parking lot. Tons of restaurants nearby. Seafood heaven. Owner was easy and quick to respond to a few issues the first couple days. There isn’t a hand mixer or blender if needed., nor a large bowl or pot. I borrowed from a neighbor. Unit needs updating and maintenance but it was sufficient. We stayed 2 months.

Perfect location

Great place. Look no further. We all felt safe. Just a flight of stairs and you’re at the door. You don’t have to wait on the elevator, unless you need it. Communication is fast and great. Check in easy. Will book again next year.

Just as advertised. The pool and beach view were 1st rate! Loved having 2 bathrooms in condo. Priced well because not updated recently. Close to everything!
