****We Do not provided Linens, bedding or towel. Please make sure to bring your own or there are local rentals you can rent from.****. Sunny 4 BR house in the heart of wildwood/Wildwood Crest. Sleeps 5-8 with 1 full bath. Dinning room and kitchen on the 1st Floor with large living spaces with high ceilings on the 2nd floor. The house is around the corner from the best eateries, 3 blocks away from the beach, 2-10 mins away walking distance to everything. 15 mins drive to Cape May. Enjoy a stress free vacation with access to anything in a short drive or walk. No groups under 25 yrs old.
The space
One bedroom with a king size bed, one bedroom with a queen size bed. A children’s bedroom with twin bunk beds (low profile), and one additional converted bedroom/den with one twin size bed.
Large sectional couch that can sleep one adult or child.
Guest access
You’ll have the whole house to yourself. There is washer and dryer in unit, along with private Patio/ Balcony, shared front porch and outdoor shower.
Other things to note
Door bell camera and outdoor surveillance camera on premise.

This is our personal beach house that we enjoy with our family. We appreciate if our guest would treat it with care as if it’s their own home.

This is one unit of two family house. Our unit is a duplex with a kitchen and dinning on the first level and living space on the top level. This unit is not recommend for people or seniors with mobility issue or young toddler who aren’t able to walk confidently.

Comfortably handled 7. Located close to numerous restaurants and bars. Maybe 10 min walk to the beach/boardwalk. Great location and very friendly neighbors.

Fabulous Place!

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. Great outdoor and indoor spaces to gather for meals and R&R. Location is super convenient, very close to restaurants, super market, boardwalk, beach. Our hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

All the online information indicated 11am check out. We get there, and its posted 10 am. Check in is at 4pm. Thats late. Also, not very clean very dusty. Base boards dirty, we got there, the apartment was hot, nothing turned on for us. Water lines broken, and no wate, when it came.back on, it was brown for a day. Also, parking was terrible. Neighbors were great. Furniture needs updating. Not worth the price.

First time renter

The unit was clean and in a good location. The parking was difficult as the driveway does not accommodate a larger SUV and street parking was limited. Linens were not included, I did not see this in the description until after I arrived and messaged the owner. It did appear in the first line of the property description after I inquired( it was obviously added in or moved to the first line as I had looked just that morning and did not see it). Thankfully, there are plenty of stores within 10 minutes so we were able to purchase linens for all of the beds. We found the binder with house rules/instructions a couple of days into our stay. It was mixed in with some games on the shelf under the coffee table. It should have been placed on the kitchen table for immediate viewing and needs to be updated as it states that there are linens available. We did use the beach chairs and wagon. The washer and dryer came in handy. Air conditioner in each bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The upstairs deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The sink had a foul odor because the garbage disposal did not seem to work. The previous guests may have put food down there, we did not. This was my first time renting a VRBO. I have now learned what questions to ask before renting a unit. The owners did respond in a timely manner every time I messaged them which was appreciated.
