Large 1700sqft apartment with 3 bedrooms. This apartment has A/C, a washer/dryer, dining area, 1gig WiFi, and a desk for remote work. Also the former 8’x8’ vault in this historic building serves as a bonus room, it has a table and 4 chairs which makes the perfect speakeasy style poker/game room

Great apartment. Stayed for a week. Easy access. Great location! Host was quick to answer any questions we had. When back in Minot will definitely look for this stay again.

This was the second time at this property and once again it was great. We were in Minot for a family wedding and this location allowed everyone to gather in a comfortable space that is centrally located. Comfy, spacious and everyone enjoys the “red room. “

Perfect weekend stay. Our boys had the best time playing games and trying to beat mom and dad in Foosball. ( they did not succeed ) . Very clean space , quiet area. Was close to Corbett Field ( Go Hot Tots ) and the Roosevelt park swimming pool.

Great space within walking distance of sooo many places. Comfortable beds and furniture. Giant table to play games around and just talk. Would definitely rent from again.

We rented the apartment for friends joining us for the Hair of the Dog event and it worked great. We will likely rent again for over events where friends join us in Minot.

I'll start the review off by saying that I don't think there are a lot of options in general in town, so take this with a grain of salt. The building itself is a bit odd.. walking in the front door you see a construction zone immediately to your left, then your door to the right, and the address was sort of hard to find/could've been more accurate. The accommodations were fine, but honestly. bit dingy. There were a bunch of paintings and jewelry hanging on the wall with price-tags for sale for some reason? Not sure I'd stay here again, but also I don't think there are very many options.

Amazing place, great vibes, and epic foosball matches. It was very spacious and a great place to host my son and granddaughter's birthday party at since I was flying in from SoCal. The bar right next door "Atypical" was awesome!

Excellent points were the coziness of the apartment, activities included in the apt with fusball, putting green, sauna, board games, darts. Lots to do inside!! Super comfortable couches! Great location for all things Minot!! Walking distance to lots of fun activities and great restaurants! Host was extremely quick with answers and was very helpful. Only issues we had were the single bathroom. Would be very helpful to have a second toilet especially when large families are staying. Mattresses were a little too firm for us. Overall, we had an amazing stay and everything we had the best time. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to other families visiting Minot!

Great place to stay in Minot, walkable to downtown and local venues. Loved the sauna and largeness of the apartment. Easy parking and perfect place for family gatherings.

Good property. Very clean with ample amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with any appliances or gadgets you need. Hist was lovely to work with. Great location if you’re looking for entertainment and appreciate live music next door. Had i known there would be concrete floors, I would have packed slippers. Also, the “patio” area is misleading as you have to leave the property as its actually in the in the parking lot and you sit beside someone’s car with a view of trucks. This needs to be told to clients before booking as we were planning on incorporating this area into our plans so had to pivot quickly. Also, proper directions to the front door are needed, especially when arriving at night as this is an industrial converted building with many unlit unit doors. As with everything, once you know, then its easy but a picture of the building from across the street and some helpful instructions would have helped instead of a closeup of a door we couldnt locate once we entered the parking lot. The parking spot light does light up but you have to know where that is first.

Easy to find the building but the check in, instructions did not appear to have the door code or unit number. Property owner promptly provided that information and was very helpful.We came to Minot for a weekend of Curling snd had a blast. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked kitchen helped us settle in.Easy check out instructions and overall unique rental. Art and gifts from local artists for sale in the unit and the Simpsons Gaming Cabinet make this a special rental.
