Located in the classy and business area of Paris (8th arrondissement) the apartment is perfect for young working professionals or students coming to Paris for medium to long-term stays.
Within walking distance, you can enjoy must-see touristic attractions such as Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées.
All other key attractions – Opera, Louvre, Eiffel Tower, Notre Dame, Le Marais – are just 20/25 minutes away by subway.
The space
The studio is situated on the 6th floor (with an elevator) with a classic french carpeted staircase.
It is fully furnished & equipped with a comfortable convertible sofa bed (The sofa converts into a proper double bed), a study area with a chair, a TV, and an external wardrobe.
The kitchen consists of an electric stove that offers two burners, a sink, an upper and lower closet attached to the wall, a fridge, a microwave, and cutlery.
The washroom comes with a shower cabin with a sliding door, a WC, a sink with a mirror on top, and a closet underneath. The studio composes of a window that illuminates the place with natural sunlight.
