This apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of five! There was a bedroom for my husband and I with a queen bed. The upstairs loft had two twin beds for two of our teenagers. There is room up in the loft that a queen air mattress (supplied by the owner) fits perfectly for another person to sleep on. There is a futon in the living room too. The only downside of the loft was the lack of privacy. My teenagers had to go down to the bathroom to change. Not a huge deal but something we didn’t think about.The bathroom is great as the toilet is in a separate area with a door so people can still use the mirror and sink to get ready. Bathtub (with shower head) is a huge whirlpool tub! The only negative about the bath is there is no hand rail or support to hold on to when getting in and out of the tub.The kitchen was a good size. There was cupboard space available to put our groceries in. The fridge was very clean! There were plenty of pots and pans and dishes.The owner had plenty of toilet paper stocked, hand soap for each of the sinks, paper towel, laundry detergent and softener. Washer and dryer worked great.The location is prime! We were right in the historical market district which is full of dining, shopping, and entertainment. There was a farmers market on Saturday that was huge and full of a variety of vendors. It is also within walking distance of the bridge and river walkway/mall.We definitely would go back!! Thank you Kris for a great stay!!

Great location

Overall great experience. Location is right next to wonderful restaurants, a cool park a block away, farmers market on Saturday mornings during the summer is just a block away. It had everything that was promised and very cozy. The tv had some issues and this was communicated with the owner. Owner was easy to work with and communicate with. Don’t forget there will be downtown noise on the weekends and this should be expected for this location. But even with young kids, they slept fine.

Girl's Weekend

We arrived in Omaha and had a slight issue getting into ghe condo. Kristen answered immediately, gave us a new code and there were no further problems. The apartment was just as described. We loved it! We were able to park in the parking lot thanks to our host.. The location was perfect for walking to any place we needed to go. We also appreciated and were impressed with the amount of security. We had the best weekend. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Kristen! ...
