My experience at the Sonesta was not quite what I expected!! pictures look totally different from the actual room in person!! the carpet was filthy. The walls were filthy, and it just looked like the room needed some attention.!!

Horrible customer service. I told several people at the hotel and through Vrbo we world arrive 2 days later and I was ok with no refund since it was last minute. We got there and they had no rooms available and said no one shared we would be a few days late. Had to spend another 600 for a different hotel further away. No refund and everyone was extremely unhelpful

Took almost an hour to check in. Had toCall for support and all they did was try to call the front desk. Room AC was super slow and doors barely closed right. Our keycard scanner didn’t even work the second day.

Great stay!

We had a great time here. I would've loved a rundown of the check-in process before arrival so I didn't have to stress about whether there was an access code or key I was missing, but once we were there it was fine. The rooms were comfy!
