Awesome new gated community with resort living. Big pool area with hot tub shaded picnic areas. With a state of art club house. 24 hour modern gym and separate yoga studio. Fire pit and fully equipped kitchen for your gatherings. Gated. Our home is yours for a year + while we transition to an assignment north. Our 2 bed2bath and den/ office is yours to enjoy. A completely fenced yard for your dogs. A covered lanai for outdoor living. Big 3 hideaway sliding doors to the lanai. The outdoors becomes part of your living space. Large screen . Nice quiet neighborhood with a mix of ages. Plenty of activities throughout the month. Activities director on site. 4 pickle ball courts. Great for beginners or join the league. Great place to live and convenient to 75 or 301.
