Located 20 to 30 minutes away from beautiful beaches like Siesta, Anna-Maria, Lido and more. Enjoy other things to do nearby like shopping at UTC, the Ringling museum and so much more. Within a 4 minute drive you will find grocery stores like Aldi, Publix, Walmart and so many restaurants. The house is equipped with beach chairs, Tennis rackets and Tennis-balls, a washer and dryer, an iron, two hair dryers, free WiFi, and a Coffee station. This property is designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of 6 people, with a $20 extra guest fee per person per night. Events/parties are not allowed unless given prior approval. An event fee must be paid as well. Since the house is privately owned, the homeowners are not responsible for any illnesses, accidents or injuries that occur while on premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of valuables or personal belongings. It is agreed by accepting this reservation that all guests are assuming the risk of any harm from their use of the premises or other whom they invite. The renters are responsible for the pool key, lost key will result in a $50 fee. Please respect the neighbors by limiting noise after 10 pm. Pets are not permitted, violators will pay a fee of $150 per night.
Smoking is not allowed in the house or lanai, violators will pay a $200 cleaning fee.
