It was out first time there and it was perfect, perfect location perfect condo for a family, I had a great communication with the host, would recommend for a family vacation or even couple. Planning to go back.

Best Family Beach Destination

The Turquoise Resort is the best family condo complex I have seen. Plenty for the kids to do. Great location. The property owner was very responsive and communication was great.

Can’t wait to go back!

Property was very clean, warm and welcoming. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen well stocked. Property manager was great at checking in, and readily available. The location was perfect with a beautiful view and great restaurants nearby. We will definitely be booking again.

So easy and fabulous

This was a great location!! The property was super clean and it was the easiest check in and check out procedure ever! The host was amazing and very accommodating! We will be back!

Great condo

Great condo, very clean, building has lots of good amenities. They also had a play pen and high chair for families with young children, which has very convenient and helpful.

Beautiful Condo

This property is beautiful and the location is close to great restaurants. The rooms are spacious and we loved the beachy decor. The kitchen is well equipped, the hot tub was enjoyed, and the balcony view of the beach and the ocean was so peaceful. Check-in was seamless, and communications with the owner (David) were always timely. I would highly recommend this property for a nice family vacation. We plan on coming back!

Great location!

Our group of 12 ladies really enjoyed this condo. Very spacious and had great beach access and views. Very clean. Anytime we had a question, David was very quick to respond, which is certainly appreciated!

Steve, I am truly sorry for the disappointment and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your stay. Unfortunately, just prior to your arrival date a main water line in the condominium complex burst, flooding my unit, as well as several others, and causing extensive damage that made the property unsafe and uninhabitable. This was a completely unexpected emergency, and I had no choice but to cancel your reservation to ensure your safety. I completely understand how frustrating it must have been to have your plans disrupted so close to check-in, and I deeply regret the timing and impact it had on your trip. Please know that cancellations of this nature are not typical, and my goal is always to provide guests with a seamless and enjoyable experience. Once the restoration is complete, I would love the chance to host you again under much better circumstances Kindly, David Patton

Check in nightmare

We arrived at the check in time to find out that there was no communication between the the facility and the booking agent. So after standing in the parking deck for almost 2 hours a security person finally let us in the room. We spent the first day without a key to get in and out of our room and could only access it by getting a security guard to let us in. The facility was nice, but everything else was horrible, except security they were great people.
