Wonderful apartment in a quiet building. Parking and access was easy to navigate. Full kitchen and great laundry facilities in the apartment. Bed and living space was comfortable, I will look forward to returning soon. The location was perfect for the area, close to many food and shopping options. Communication was a breeze and I enjoyed every element available in the apartment, it was well considered for guests in mind.

The apt. was clean, comfy, and the area was near a park for walking. Felt safe in the area. The communications with the manager was excellent. Highly recommend!!

Nice little place

It was very clean, a nice little apartment, and appreciated the elevator. The host was very accommodating and communicative, and I appreciated his help with anything that came up and in getting back to me right away! The only issues were that the walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone around you, the upstairs neighbor was really loud, and there were people constantly smoking cigarettes and marijuana, so you couldn't leave the windows open and there was no air conditioning in the building. I would give it a 4 1/4 stars if partial stars were available.

Great Place to Stay

I'm an older single female and stayed here while seeing my 1st Great Granddaughter come into the world. I loved staying here because it was a very nice clean place as well as a very safe place. Everything you would need during your stay is provided in the apartment. It wasn't planned for me to stay as long as I did and I extended my stay twice. When it came to contacting my host Ken it was amazing. When I would text him he would respond right away and even on the weekends. If anyone is looking for a nice, safe, and convenient place to stay this is the place I highly recommend this place. I'm hoping when I come back up from Arizona to visit that this place will still be available. Loved it and Thank You So Much, Ken

This property was a great rental. I enjoyed the stay here, love the elevator, and it had air conditioning on the hottest day of the year here in Puyallup. I will definitely stay here again if it's available. The host was very attentive.

Cute, clean and very comfortable apartment! I stayed for 16 nights. The kitchen is well appointed and I did a fair amount of cooking. The bed is very comfortable, if not a bit lower to the ground than I am used to. But it was not a big issue. The apartment had everything I could have wanted including fluffy towels, paper goods and even toiletries. They also had a portable AC unit for the few days that got a bit warm. The location is great and Ken, the host, is kind and very responsive! The dedicated parking was a big bonus! I would highly recommend this place!

Very clean. Appeared virtually brand new. Comfortable, quiet, convenient. Felt very safe. Nice Safeway grocery just 2 blocks away. I definitely recommend this property!

Laurel was a wonderful guest and a pleasure to host. She was friendly, respectful, and took great care of the property throughout her stay. Communication was easy, and she left everything clean and in excellent condition. We would be happy to host Laurel again anytime and highly recommend her to other Vrbo hosts.
