It's a scam- I was charged & never received details to stay there

I booked, was immediately charged, heard nothing about entering property, messaged property owner 3 times-nothing. I found his number and called. I was told that VRBO should have taken it down & not have it available to rent. I called VRBO and they say ill be refunded but its going to take 2-4 days for someone in their department to call me and look into this issue.
