You can have it all at this relaxing Gulf-front getaway here on the beautiful Fort Morgan Peninsula in Gulf Shores! Enjoy glimpses of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony or indulge in a variety of resort amenities right on-site including multiple pools, a hot tub, tennis courts, a sauna, on-site restaurants, a steam room, and a fitness center. This condo, part of Plantation East at Gulf Shores Plantation, is located just steps from soft white beach sands and warm emerald waters and conveniently close to world-class golf courses (the Kiva Dunes Resort golf course is right next door), the natural beauty of Gulf State Park, and numerous restaurants.

Set up on the third floor, this newly-renovated, single-level retreat boasts a well-equipped, complete kitchen, a dining table for mealtimes or family game nights, and a sunlit living area with comfortable seating and a TV all ready for movie nights. You'll also find TVs in both bedrooms.

Whether you're enjoying the many on-site amenities or relaxing at home, you're sure to find fun for all ages here in Gulf Shores!

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfy, cozy, cool

The amenities and beach access are fantastic. The condo is conveniently located to the pools and boardwalk. The kitchen is well stocked and every room has a flat screen TV. There are board games in a cabinet in the dining area for rainy days and a wagon full of sand toys in the second bedroom. There is a public charcoal grill just outside of the condo. With the condo being located at the end of the building on the top floor, it is quiet and private. Great experience. Great beach. Great condo.

This place is tucked away in a very nice part of Gulf Shores where the beaches are never crowded it seems so it was very peaceful. Great facility with plenty of nearby stores and restaurants.

Great, but needs some details corrected

We loved almost everything about this condo. Location, amenities, clean condo, comfortable beds, every kitchen utensil imaginable, sand toys in the closet, etc. Our only complaint is the doors. The front door lock is very annoying with the key, and interior doors to the bedrooms have issues - one stuck at the top, and one does not latch when closed. One bedroom closet also has an issue with the door coming off track easily. None of those door issues were enough for me to not recommend this place highly though - we had a wonderful time, but with just a little maintenance this condo would have been perfect.

Okay for the price.

This unit is okay form the price and location. When we checked in the floors were still sandy like it had never been swept from the last guests. The fold out couch had chip crumbs in it but was not sleep able anyways as it was all springs. There was also lipstick on a coffee cup that was in the cabinet. If you’re staying here multiple days bring your own washcloths as there are only 3. When we arrived the fridge wasn’t cooling but we were able to reset it. I was under the impression by the listing that there was a washer/dryer in the unit but it was actually a shared laundry room on the bottom floor. Other than these problems the unit was fine. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has plenty of dishes and cookware. The pool was nice and beach access was near the condo.

Unhappy

Unhappy about check in. I kept receiving a check in email but it didnt have a code for the door. We didnt have any scan cards inorder to use the pool, sauna, and never found the laundry room or the fittness room. On Wednesday our last full day there our number pad on the door quit working, i called it in, a lady came to look at it and changed the battery but still didnt work. She went to get a manager but they never came back to do anything

VACASA terrible customer service

The condo was dated but it was clean. Great easy check in and access to the beach. I booked for 6 guests. At bedtime we attempted to pull out the sofa bed and it was broken. I immediately called guest services. They text back but never helped replace the sofa bed or even suggest a solution. I was embarrassed that two of my guests did not have a bed. The first night one slept on the floor and the other on the sofa. This is unexceptable. I contacted guest services multiple times and they never helped. I purchased a blow up bed and linens for the two guests. I paid for 6 guests to have beds then had to buy additional accommodations. Then the card to the infdoor pool and hot tub would not work. I report that and nothing happened. I have booked several trips through VRBO but this management group has zero customer service. I have had problems with condos before but the previous management offices tried to make things right not VACASA. I signed a rental agreement for accommodations for 6 and only had accommodations for 4.
