Welcome to Gulf Shores Plantation - the perfect complex for the whole family! Here you will find your very own little paradise. There is a guard shack at the entrance where you will obtain your parking passes, and any other information regarding the complex. This gated resort community features tennis courts, volleyball, a putting green, basketball courts, shuffleboard, outdoor swimming pools, several grill areas, and the Sassy Bass restaurant for your dining pleasure. You will enjoy the private, sugar-white, beaches, natural sand dunes, and beautiful landscaping. There are activities available to all ages and perfect for family getaways! Kiva Dunes Golf Club and the awesome Kiva Dunes Restaurant are next door within walking distance. Plus, you are just a 15 minute drive from all of the great attractions that Gulf Shores has to offer! No boats are allowed on property.

Inside the condo you will appreciate the comfortable well decorated living space and fully equipped kitchen that's loaded with appliances, pots and pans, silverware, cups/glasses, plates, and everything else you will need to prepare a meal with family and friends! In the living area you will enjoy a flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, balcony access with a side view of the beach, and queen size sleeper sofa. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, private bath, and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The dining table seats six.

Any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60 day (two month) minimum. Reservations that do not meet these criteria are subject to cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations may be made for the winter months at a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Parking Passes have to be purchased through a link that is sent 2 days before your arrival. You must purchase your parking passes before check-in to secure parking.
Linens are provided however, please bring your own beach towels
The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Good condo. It was clean and pretty close to beach.

The condo was nice my only compalint is there is no privacy on the balcony and people coming and going non stop. We had a good trip and would come back again!

Property is great and has a lot to offer to stay entertained. Condo is nice and has everything you need. A few minor maintenance issues but nothing to ruin your stay and nothing worth contacting property management about during stay.

Nice location, nice price and nice condo

We were there for a softball tournament and the condo was all we needed and at a great price. I haven’t ever reserved a condo without laundry in the unit but it’s on site and didn’t need it. Overall happy with our stay, If you are looking for an updated unit with modern features (cabinets, bathroom, and kitchen) then look elsewhere. But if you don’t care about that, like me, then this unit is spot on!

Spring Break 2024

Enjoyed the amenities and location of property. Close enough to everything but on the beach. LOVED the 3 pools especially on the days when the double red flags were flying. Plenty to do, clean property, clean condo, really enjoyed our stay. I wish that the units had laundry machines, but the property does have two small laundromats. I would just prefer to wash clothes in the unit where I am staying. No complaints. Very nice.

Great Stay!

We took our kids here for a surprise vacation. The booking process was great! We had prompt communication and ease with checking in. However, the property only provides 6 towels for the entire stay at the condo. When I was texted by the property with check in details, I asked if we got get more towels and was sent a snarky message back from the property management company with my rental agreement which had in all caps, “NO DAILY MAID SERVICE.” I had asked if I could get more towels, not for someone to come in and clean the property. I was then told that text line was for only check in purposes, not communication with the property, which wasn’t outlined anywhere so I didn’t know that. All honest mistakes. I just felt that communication was unnecessarily rude. The property itself was nice and we would stay here again. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, an extra fan, a cooler, and a good assortment of kitchen tools. The appliances looked to be new and worked great! However, our microwave was dirty and after the unnecessary snarky text debacle, I was hesitant and didn’t report that. The facility had a great outdoor pool if the kids tired of the sand at the beach and so that was a great option we had. There was also where you could borrow toys outside at the pool and the showers to rinse off from at the beach. There was an indoor pool but we didn’t utilize it.
