The brand-new floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the balcony frames breathtaking ocean views that will stop you in your tracks. After one stay, you may find yourself planning your return year after year.
Situated on the 3rd-floor east end, the condo captures gorgeous sunrise views over the Gulf. Inside, the spacious primary bedroom sits just off the entry and connects to a large, spa-like bathroom featuring dual sinks, an oversized walk-in shower with three shower heads, and a dedicated dressing area. A second full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo is located down the hall for added convenience.
The moment you step into the main living space, your eyes are drawn to the true centerpiece, the shimmering emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It's a view that never gets old. Excellent location, very nice, kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pans etc. One living area chair was dirty from wear, we put a cover over it to use. Water pressure could be better in the master bathroom. We loved our time there.

This was the nicest property we've stayed in! The pictures, as gorgeous as they are, do not do the condo justice. We loved the unit, the cleanliness, and updated kitchen, bath and furniture. Our only complaint, that has nothing to do with the condo, is the beach chairs need to be replaced. They were literally falling apart

Absolutely perfect location and condo. Exceeded our expectations and we are very frequent travelers. This was the cleanest condo we have been in, and the view is amazing. Feels secluded. During our time there, it was not busy at all. The condo felt very private and you could hear the ocean sitting on the couch in the living room. The decor in the condo is beautifully decorated, light and airy. It has a modern look which we appreciated. The bathrooms are gorgeous with perfect amenities. The master is large and had plenty of towel hooks and counter space. The towels were thick and fluffy. The bedding was comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equipped, ann again very well done we would not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to visiting. We came to look at properties in the area to purchase and fell in love with this condo complex for its small intimate vibe. Loved the large balcony on one of the prettiest beaches in the United States 10 out of 10 recommend over and over.

Spacious, modern, comfortable, amazing views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cabana Club 302. Very modern and spacious condo. All furniture is very comfortable. The views are amazing! The property is nice and not overcrowded. We love Crystal Beach. Only downside is that there is not a community restroom downstairs for beachgoers.

We just returned from our trip to Cabana Club 302 in Destin. We absolutely loved our time there. The place was absolutely beautiful, location was fantastic, beaches were beautiful and we had the best trip we have had in a long time. The Cabana Club 302 is so, so nice. We were so pleased with selecting this place and are already going to book for next year. The condo has been updated and is just STUNNING and so very clean. Easy access to the beach with a short boardwalk to the beautiful sand. One of the nicest places we have visited on our trips to the beach over the years. We are definitely going back!

A wonderful stay at the beach! The condo was updated, clean, and the view was outstanding! I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Our only glitch was not getting the code to get in when we arrived and getting locked out the morning of departure as we were loading up the car. Unfortunately our phones and contact info were inside the condo. It was only 9:00, so we weren't expecting the door code to not work, as we had let management know we'd be leaving between 9:30-10:00. Both situations were resolved as soon as we were able to reach someone. Other than door code issues, we had the most wonderful stay! Thank you! Vickie and Norvel
