This condo is on Village Trail slope. From the picture (taken 12/17/10) you can see it is truly ski from the deck. Seven Springs is 'the' place to be for skiing, whether your thing is down hill or terrain park. This condo is ideal for your winter vaction or just a short get-away. The recently opened spa at Seven Springs was a nice addition.

Non-ski seasons are wonderful on the mountain as well with a wide variety of activities. We are always in the woods or on the hiking or biking trails.

After many years of mountain fun it has come time to move on. Call me if you fall in love as I did and want to make it your own.

I bought this condo to be able to have a place nearby where I could go to relax and enjoy being outside and doing things with my kids.

What makes this condo unique

In the winter: downhill skiing, snow hiking, snowshoeing, snow tubing, good meals at the resort.

In the non-ski season: mountain biking, hiking, paintball in the woods, slingshot with paintballs, disc golf course on the mountain, downhill biking.

Fantastic Ski Getaway!

Truly couldn't ask for a better weekend getaway at Seven Springs. The pictures don't do the place justice- it's spacious, beautiful, comfortable. With direct access to the slopes, it's really the perfect location for anyone looking to do it all at Seven Springs. Even those who don't want to ski will be very comfortable, and have an easy 5 minute drive to all that the resort has to offer.

The owner, Michael, made sure to send detailed instructions about how to get to the condo long before we were packing for the trip. We came for a ski weekend with a group of 6 young professionals, and had plenty of room to relax, share meals, and rest between ski runs. There is a large table that seats six, and a kitchen that had literally everything we needed for meals (cutting boards, knives/cutlery, glasses, pans, pots, soap for the dishes/dishwasher, etc.). We like to cook, and this place really blew us away in terms of kitchen gear.

The washer/dryer was very handy, too!

Leaving the condo was also convenient, a large parking lot is right outside the front door. Highly recommend renting gear off the mountain and bringing it to the condo if you can help it- it's much better to ski right out the door versus driving to the main lodge. Those of us who brought gear to the house were far happier!

The beds were beautifully made on our arrival, extra linens were neatly folded in the closets. There were spare towels, blankets, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The couch really can sleep two adults! It's hard to tell in the picture, but it's very large, and very soft. Watch out that you don't sit on it between ski runs too long, or you might be tempted to take a nap! But then again, that might not be so bad!

It was truly a joy to spend our ski weekend here. Everyone in our group commented on how beautiful the place is. Truly, you won't regret booking your stay!

Nice place, perfect location, terrific owner

We had a great New Year's weekend ski trip, in large part because of this very clean, comfortable and super convenient condo. This was our second trip to the resort for a family ski trip and this condo fit the bill perfectly. Plenty of room for our family of 6, clean and well supplied with all of the essentials (paper goods, laundry and dishwasher detergent, coffee filters, etc.). The condo is in an awesome location at the top of the Village Trail which made it super convenient to come back for a break, for lunch, etc. The owner of this condo, Michael, was a real pleasure to work with. We had two minor issues that he helped us to resolve right away. First, when we arrived, the furnace unit needed to be reset (wasn't putting out hot air) and Michael had the maintenance guys here within 15 mins to fix it. Second, the wifi router seemed to quit about halfway through our stay and Michael went out, purchased a new one, and offered to come by to install it himself (as it turned out, the router started working again before Michael was to come by). We'd definitely rent this unit (and from this owner) again.

PERFECT SKI IN-SKI OUT LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATING OWNER!

We booked this condo last minute and the owner made it possible for us even though he was taking his own vacation. It is a perfect location and the kitchen is well equipped. Condo is in excellent condition. It's perfect to ski back to eat lunch/dinner. Perfect family get away with young children and/or teenagers/young adults. Highly recommended!

Bought a Place

We loved the place so much we actually bought one just like it a few weeks later. Ski right off the deck onto Village Trail. Non skiers can enjoy themselves by watching skiers go right by window. We are a family of 6 and fit perfectly. The design is cozy and just as you would hope for a mountainside getaway. Easy to work with and grateful for our rental. Highly recommended.

I have my standard rate represent ski season. December 1 to March 31

Weekend SKI SEASON rate is weekend plus one night, either Thursday or Sunday.
That way one can check in early Friday or check out late on Sunday if desired even if only staying for the weekend itself. No worries about have to exit the condo Sunday at noon when the skiing is fantastic.
With the on-line booking I will need to know what you plan to do. You will have to reserve the weekend (Friday and Saturday) and then tell me if you want the other day so I can block it out manually. Otherwise the system will charge for it.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
