Super centrally located with very easy access to anything :) Property located Off the Camp Pendleton EXIT. Just completed Beach Themed new property only 1/2 mile to Harbor & Beach, No Saturday Checkouts. Discounted midweek:) Only 3 exits from Legoland, 1/2 Mile from the Harbor, and Restaurants. Just passed that is Beach, The Pier, Play structures and lots of Family Friendly Fun!
Interior approx. 500sqft sleeps MAX 4. Futon/air mattress for living room sleeper. The Unit has tons of extras for your comfort also to make your stay memorable & fun. (Since I live here 1/3 of the time) Sheets/Towels Huge backyard w/fire pit & chairs. Full size washer/dryer :)
Beach Supplies: Cooler, Blanket, Towels and toys.
Salon products, Hair Wraps and Robes.
FULLY stocked Extras functional kitchen. Water bottles, Coffee creamer, Tea, pots/pans, spices & much more! Due to severe medical allergies, asthma & Toxic SHOCK, there will be NO exceptions to the Service/Pet Policy for the life of the owner.

Small Super Adorable New Beach themed 1 bed, 1 Big full bath home. Less than a mile Harbor/Beach. With ALL amenities. Washer/dryer, dishwasher & Fully loaded kitchen, Great room in front with 2nd sleeping area on futon/air mattress. Beauty supply amenities, tons of extras Robes, Hair wraps, Beach towels, coffee, tea, bottled waters, so much more! I live here 1/3 of the time. Driveway is the ONLY item shared. I have done everything for you to have the best experience possible :) Private yard too:)
