Welcome to my Cozy Cottage home on Tom’s Hill, right near downtown Hendersonville, NC.

Two person Hot Tub now installed on new back deck space!

After two years of preparing amenities and designing my little home, I think you will really enjoy your stay.

The house is located right by a couple of new, hip breweries (Dry Falls, Blue Ridge Beer Garden), and only a 3 blocks walk to downtown Main Street. Keyless entry and 2 off street parking spots. No Pets. No children under 13 years old. Access does not include a few kitchen cabinets, the Garage, or one Owners closet.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Great proximity to downtown Hendersonville:dining and shopping. Nice house. Had keurig, air fryer, milk frother etc. Would definitely recommend! (Only wish:toaster)

Great house and quiet neighborhood

This home is off the beaten path, but literally just minutes from everything Hendersonville has to offer. Beautiful home with very nice furnishings. Great floor plan. And as an added bonus, the hot tub on the patio is a great way to unwind. The host was only a text away and was very responsive. I would definitely recommend this home.

Weekend Vacation

James was a great host and his home exceeded my expectations. He allowed me to check-in early; which was extremely generous. His fully stocked kitchen met all of my cooking and baking needs. The office allowed me to spread out my computer and complete work in a comfortable manner. The hot tub was clean and easy to use. Everything was very neat and well organized. My wife and I walked to the downtown historic district from the house. It was a five minute walk with lots to do down there. If you are looking for a small home for a four or five person family, then this is perfect. I give my highest regards to James and his home.

The home was very nice and clean. We loved the location. We still would not be able to used this property again for two reasons. Without use of the garage there is no place to really secure 2 or 3 bikes when they are not being used. The second thing is the severe slope of the parking spaces. Being in my seventies makes the slope unacceptable.
