Welcome to the Bearcat Bungalow, centrally located in the heart of downtown Hendersonville. Walk to shops and restaurants. Enjoy the cozy city setting; this home offers a spacious layout with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. The primary offers a comfy king-size bed with a w/luxury memory foam mattress, smart TV, and designated work space. The hall bedroom offers a full bed w/ luxury memory foam mattress, smart TV, spacious bath with shower tub combo, and well-equipped kitchen.

Enjoy a peaceful weekend in this newly remodeled historic home, 92 years young! This home has everything you would need for a convenient/comfortable stay. The Bearcat Bungalow offers private off-street parking and a covered front porch with a spacious and cozy- downtown vibe. The Livingroom is equipped with a 45-inch TV and full-size sleeper sofa; There is a high-top dining table for 4, Keurig coffee included, a high-end gas stove and Refrigerator, Blender, Baking Sheets, Pots& Pans, and Diningware. Basic Salt & Pepper provided. The large Primary Bedroom has a luxurious King Bed with a mattress top, TV, and Desk for work if you must. Wifi is provided. The Guest Bedroom offers a comfy full-size bed with a TV. The bathroom is a Tub/ Shower Combo; We provide small amenities, Soap, Shampoo, and Toothpaste.

As if this space isn't already amazing! The location makes this one a Gem! You can take a short 5-minute walk to Downtown. Our town has a beautiful downtown district full of shops, restaurants, and other unique businesses. The town hosts many events. The Garden Jubliee is held every Memorial Day Weekend, The Apple Festival every Labor Day Weekend, and many Art, Antique, and Car Shows. During the warmer months, they host Rhythm & Brews offering live music and dance. There is so much to see and do here, and we enjoy sharing our home and town with you!

Great location. Most comfortable beds I have slept on. Kitchen was fully stocked and had fresh coffee beans to grind. Front porch was a great space to hang out on. Free parking in front. Great local places suggestion list from host.

The Bearcat Bungaloo was a lovely cottage conveniently located close to downtown. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and very complete. The front porch was a plus for sitting on a cool evening.

What a beautiful and well appointed cottage. Thoroughly enjoyed watching happenings across the street (especially soccer and football matches) at the high school. Surprisingly quiet at night despite being near to hospital and high school. Fantastic location to walk downtown and enjoy shops and restaurants. Great front porch to dine or visit. Thank you!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in this well equipped and beautiful bungalow in Hendersonville. The bungalow was well cleaned and had a beautiful kitchen. In the evening we enjoyed a glass of wine on the nice patio! Very easy to walk to the downtown area with multiple bars and restaurants!

Perfect location in the heart of Hendersonville! The house has the best porch to sit and relax. Beds are super comfortable, in fact I requested the mattress link lol! Host was super responsive and very attentive to detail!

Such a relaxing and comfortable place! The mattresses were just right and the location perfect. And Emily is wonderful to work with… highly recommend this as a great place to stay and I will definitely be back.

Hello All! My name is Emily and my partner Joe and I want to welcome you to our special home. Joe is originally from Syracuse, NY and I am happy to say that I grew up about 15 minutes down the road from the bungalow. Our full time home is in Charlotte, NC with our three Shelties; Jack, Kali and Mocha as well as our 29 year old turtle Mr. Mike. I am an avid equestrian and Joe enjoys mountain biking. We love to hike with our dogs and enjoy trying new restaurants. We have traveled extensively and Hendersonville is still one of our favorite towns.

Coffee is a must for us in any home! We have included a selection of 3 different blends from our favorite local shop, Sharewell Coffee. We made sure to include the tools to prepare your coffee any way you'd like!

This house has felt like home since the moment we stepped foot in the door in December 2020. It is a unique space with a lot of charm and sometimes quirkiness. We have thoroughly enjoyed curating this space for you and would love any and all feedback.

We love this home's proximity to everything the mountains have to offer. You can either park and the house and never have to use your vehicle for your entire stay. Or you can explore the surrounding areas with just a short drive. There are endless possibilities for hiking, biking, snow tubing, river tubing and really any outdoor activity you could think of. Even if you just wanted to stay in, the home is peaceful and inviting.

We are also offering add ons by request. We can curate a beautiful charcuterie board, cakes, snacks, or decorate for your special celebrations. Just message us at least 3 days before your trip to coordinate and discuss pricing!
