The Antigua Villa
This Villa is Right at the water's edge, Antigua boasts a soothing interior cast in the colors of indigo and sand. This, coupled with furnishings that feature light-colored woods and wicker, Antigua is a comfortably elegant villa punctuated by stylish nautical design. With an entry beside an elegantly sculpted fountain and a sprawling view of the ocean and Laguna's Main Beach, the guests of Antigua enjoy a truly tranquil getaway in this two-bedroom, 1 ¾ bath villa. If you really want to indulge, the jetted master bath tub offers the pinnacle of relaxation.

​​​​​​​This Villa requires the use of stairs to access. If you need a room or rental accessible without stairs, 14 West Hotel room 51-76 in the south building and villa Rustico and D'Stella at the Retrest have no stairs.

Pets are subject to owner approval and may or may not be approved. If they are approved a pet fee applies. Please inquire with breed, age, and weight of your pet prior to booking. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
No Cats Allowed.

Absolutely no smoking. Smoking fines start at $500. If you smoke fine is $500, if smoking bothers other guests you will be responsible for any compensation to other guests.

Great location, view and very responsive host

Great location, view and very responsive host. You cannot get closer to the water. Grocery store, restaurants and shopping all within a very short walk. Fall asleep to the ocean sounds and enjoy your coffee on the balcony while taking in the Laguna beauty. We would stay there again.

Perfect place to rest and recharge

I stayed at Laguna Beach Villa with my family, and it was absolutely beautiful! It's the perfect place to rest and recharge. The villa has a balcony with an amazing view of the ocean, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves felt so peaceful and relaxing—like sleeping right under the ocean. Everything about the place made our stay comfortable and memorable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

Escaping the Midwest Cold for a Few Days

My husband & I enjoyed some time with our adult daughters and this place was perfect for us.Even better than advertised! We all loved the amazing views and sound of the crashing waves. It was the perfect location with the grocery store across the street and being within walking distance to a lot of cute shops and restaurants.We would definitely book this place again. Thanks for a wonderful time!

We had a great time!

The villa had all the amenities, great space, well equipped kitchen, and best of all, an amazing, beautiful ocean front view, with easy access to the beach! My family and I, including my husky, had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the sound of the ocean waves, the gorgeous sunsets, and the overall serenity of the place. Perfection!

Obviously, great location and good level of communication. 4 separate noisy air conditioners were awful. Unit door remained ajar unless actually lockedAccess to Antigua -and a number of other units-required too much up and down climbing. Overall, good-need to invest in the HVAC and better lighting. Bedrooms stay too dark
