Fully Remodeled - 1 BD Oceanfront Retreat - Outdoor Pool and Hot Tub

We want to welcome you to your new favorite vacation retreat! Carolina Reef 506 is a fully remodeled 1 bedroom Oceanfront Condo in the heart of the Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach. Brand new kitchen, with custom built in cook top. Unwind on our private balcony, with a cool feature of a privacy wall to the north side of the building. We cant wait to have you stay with us!

Walk in to our fully redone and remodeled condo you are instantly drawn to how good the view is from the entire living space. In the master bedroom we have a large King bed and brand new custom built shelving in the newly made closet.

Master bathroom has a tub/shower combo

In the living room you will find a large sectional that just invites you to sprawl out on while sleeping off a sunburn!

We added a large Smart TV in the living room for you to watch any streaming service you may provide, along with basic cable.

Our favorite feature is the balcony! You can see all the way to North Carolina from it and down to Myrtle Beach. We really enjoy the privacy wall on the north side of the balcony to give you that added feeling of your own private oasis.

All linen is provided minus beach towels, and a start supply of toiletries and paper products to get you started before having to run out to the store.

Beautiful place to stay, very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed my morning cup of coffee on the balcony with a perfect beach view. Kitchen was equipped, bed super comfortable, walking distance to many restaurants. Beach chairs and umbrella were supplied which was a great plus. Will definitely stay here again.

The property itself inside and view were great (with the exception of nowhere to hang clothes in a closet). The building is not clean, and quite shabby.

The condo was exactly as described; open floor plan, great views and convenient location. The walk to the beach is very short and pool was a delightful temperature and clean.

My 7 year old daughter and I stayed at this property and it was perfect for the two of us. It had everything that we needed, was very clean and the check-in process was a breeze. I also like the fact that this unit was remodeled. If we visit Myrtle Beach in the future I will definitely stay at this property again.

Great little get away

Very nice room inside! Great location and beautiful view. Outside hallway on our floor was a little worn and some personal belongings outside . Overall very nice and comfortable! Very windy the night we stayed - whistling howling sound was quite noticeable- I think from the wind in the hallway. That’s Mother Nature!

Nice stay

The view was amazing and the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and water pressure was good. One downside is the wifi was not great on the TV so we could not get any of the streaming services to work but we found great movies on cable and my spouse did find a dead bug under the comforter.

Great Get Away

We stayed 2 nights at this condo in Crescent Beach. It has been renovated and well thought out. The balcony was great, private and we spent a good bit of time there. The complex has only 8 floors and there are 2 houses on one side and an empty lot (for now) on the other, so the beach was less crowded. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they looked very clean and cared for. The check in/ check out was extremely easy. We would definitely stay again.

This was my boyfriend and I first trip ever, so the process was a little nerve wracking for us but our host made everything easy, responded right away when we had questions. The room was very nice, amazing view and close to the beach; only thing was it stated there was a dishwasher but there wasn’t one. Overall, would definitely stay again.

The property was really clean. Some of the blinds were missing on the sliding glass door, but the glass door was so clean, I nearly walked through it. The property manager was really prompt at answering my questions and we will certainly stay there again. Thank you so much!

Pleasant, could’ve been perfect

The owner management, decided that one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel was sufficient for 5days. 1 ounce of shampoo 1 ounce of body wash two towels, some hand towels and a floor mat. Nothing to wash the dishes with. No beach chairs, and no pull-out couch. Location location location is beautiful. But Penny Smart Doll stupid. All these items have been purchased for, 20 bucks to Accommodate our stay more comfortably.

Hey Rich! Thanks again for staying with us, your business means the world to us. Usually dont respond to these things but could just let this one slide. Love the expression Penny Smart Dollar (you misspelled it) Stupid.. You are correct we supply a starter set up of all those items to get you through before you go to the store. kind of reminds me of an expression, we state it clearly in numerous places on the contract so learn to read or something like that..l I cant quite remember how it goes. Anyhow, thanks again for staying with us, hope to have ya back soon!

Not so good!

Almost fell into the refrigerator after opening the door, television was terrible with no ESPN, SEC Network or any other live sports or news channels without paying additional, No kind of tvguide to consult and there was no one on the property to ask and Verreen was apparently off on the weekend except emergencies. Thought it was recently renovated but not sure if it was from the 1950’s look to the 1980’s. It was clean though and a nice location. Television in the bedroom is in the wrong place.

Location as good as it gets. The bedroom has as no place to hang clothes, no place to unpack, no drawers to put any clothes. Had to live out of our suitcases without being able to unpack them. You cannot open the door fully when you come into the unit. They said there was a coffee maker, so we didn’t ring our own. Turns out it was a Keurig which technically is a coffee maker but of no good to us. Things like that need to be clarified. Last no fault of the listers or renters but they advertised there was a hot tub on location but there was none. They just recently covered it up and painted over it. Listing needs to be changed. There should be some kind off table in front of the couch to put things on when you are on the couch ie: coffe cups, plates, food if you are snacking etc. Just giving an honest response to your question.

Disappointing experience

Wedding anniversary/ birthday celebration. Door latch broken. Bathroom floor flooded. Coffee maker did not work. No wine opener. 1 bar soap, 1 roll toilet paper, bed way too high, no umbrella at pool or regular chairs.No dishwasher although instructions said to load dishes and turn on with soap on counter. What a shame. We spent way too much money and it was our only vacation of the summer. There was no shade at pool at all. Went and bought an umbrella that didn’t help much. Went back out to buy coffe and the coffee pot didn’t work. Front door locked but owner/maintenance came in at 11pm when we were sleeping to look at wet bathroom floor instead of waiting until next day. So disappointed there were no umbrellas at the pool or any shade or regular chairs. Would not recommend this place. We almost never complain about anything.

Hey Carter! Thanks again for staying with us, means the world to us as a small local business. To say we expected this review is an understatement. With the massive fire drill you set off within our company of a reported hot water leak at 11PM at night with 3 calls to our emergency line and then a message on VRBO only for us to arrive to find yall asleep (after knocking for 5 minutes) with no leak and myself, a plumber, and a water extraction team all standing there. So saying we came in on you is very misleading. Again thanks for staying with us, even bad business is good business to us!
