Welcome to your dream coastal escape in the heart of Mission Beach—where refined design meets an unbeatable oceanfront location. This beautifully appointed condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and breathtaking scenery, creating an elevated vacation experience just steps from the sand.

Retire to the comfort of your primary retreat that features a King-size bed while the secondary bedrooms have Queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom treats you to bunk beds. Please note this is a second-story condo that requires access by stairs and sleeps six adults, with a 9-guest maximum should you have the little ones (9 adults will not fit in this home and will not be approved). Also, there is no A/C, like most homes in the coastal area, and pets are firmly not allowed. You will have tandem garage parking for two vehicles. If luxury is a must, then this is the unit for you!

Please note that from mid-June to mid-August, this property requires a seven-night minimum with check-in and check-out on Saturdays only.

This home is equipped with exterior surveillance as required by the local city officials.

San Diego Beach Rentals and Sales, LLC Cancellation Policy and Pet Fee Policy supersede the policies of VRBO and AirBnb.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Parking is limited throughout the Mission Bay area. Please be sure the vehicle you bring will fit in the designated garage, please contact us with any questions. We highly recommend smaller, sedan type vehicles for this garage. The 2 car tandem garage measurements are: 6ft 7in H x 8ft 1in W x 34ft L.

There is no elevator at this building. This unit is located on the 2nd floor. There are stairs to and from the unit. This may not be appropriate for all groups, so please be sure you are comfortable with this, before booking.

We spent a long weekend enjoyIng this condo. The condo was comfortable and clean. We were steps from the beach and had an absolutely beautiful view. The condo is on the Mission Beach walking trail that goes for miles along the beach. My whole family of 9 adults/young adults fit comfortably. I would have loved a few extra days here to enjoy the weather and location. I would recommend this for any family staying in the area. Great location with short 15 Uber to down town.

We had a wonderful stay at the Sand Castle. The house was close to the beach and walking distance to great food and fun. The house had everything we needed, beach chairs and toys and even bunk beds for the kids. It was clean, beautiful views and we will definitely be back again!

Unforgettable memories made here.

Loved this property and communication with property manager. Brought our beautiful fam for our traditional trip and had plenty of room for everyone and an added bonus i could cook all their favorites in the fully stocked kitchen to accommodate us all. Plenty of room for ew h of us (7) and never felt like we were tripping over eachother. Can’t wait to come back again.

GREAT CONDO AND LOCATION!

Location: 5 Stars VIEW VIEW VIEW.. Away from the hustle but close enough to enjoy the restaurants. Cleanliness: 4 Stars Dishes were a little dirty had to be washed again Amenities: 2 Stars Hot Water did not work well Overall its a very nice condo and we would definitely stay again. Would have left a 5 Star if water heater worked. Management was sent text but nobody was sent out to fix.

On a surface level the property was nice but after the first night, there was an ant problem the hostess appeared to know about because there ant bait in one of the bathrooms where the infestation was the worst. There were also ants throughout the kitchen. Each time were cooking our meals, ants would be on our persons as well as our food. When I relayed to this the hostess and required some type of restitution, she refused stating this was first time she heard of an an problem. We were also locked out upon our arrival. Our check in was at 3pm and we couldn't get in till 430pm which caused us to be late for our first night of activities. The hostess also disregarded this fact as well. Kimberly, however, was very good at collection of funds and reminders for check out. This is an annual trip and we will never stay at one of their rentals again.

Perfect Mission Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful stay with 6 kids ranging from 11-17 years old. The location couldn’t be better. Watch as the boardwalk comes alive in the morning and quiets in the evening. The condo is literally steps from the beach. The condo is clean and beds are super comfortable. Parking is SUPER tight. In fact, we scratched my son’s Tacoma attempting to make it into the garage. The kitchen is a little disorderly in the way it is organized- also not much room for food you bring. We also had an issue having ample hot water. Even with these minor issues, we would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

This is an amazing place to stay. It has the comforts you need while traveling to San Diego without having to over pack. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the things including a few common spices and oils. The washer and dryer are small but get the job done quick. The main 3 beds were really comfortable. The bunk bed room doesn't have as comfy of mattresses (there are 3 beds, bottom bunk, top bunk, and trundle) and it does get a little warmer since it has less of the cool ocean breeze to it but completely manageable with the window open at night. The view is amazing and being on the second level much of the boardwalk sounds are dampened. The garage has a couple of beach chairs and a few toys if you couldn't bring your own. It also had plenty of room to park our cars (Subaru forester and Mazda CX5) in without too much trouble if you know how to back in. The Sand Castle is clean with nice touches. The sheets and towels were good quality. We definitely plan on staying here for our staycation for many years to come!

Fantastic Beach Front Condo on Mission Beach!

This house/condo was perfect in every way! It is located ON the water, no one between you and the beach. It is about halfway between PB restaurants/nightlife and Mission Beach/Belmont Park. Perfect for a family with kids (like we were) or a group of friends who want to do some bar hopping, short walk either way. Once we arrived, we never had to drive anywhere. The house was extremely clean, beds and pillows were so comfortable that we ordered the same pillows for our own house. The house had everything you need to cook, grill, and enjoy the beach views with multiple patios. The host responded almost immediately to any question we had, and was very easy to communicate with. The four bedrooms were plenty for our group of 5 adults and 2 kids, with room for more. The house came with everything we needed to enjoy the beach; umbrellas, chairs, towels, cooler, toys/games, and even a pair of bikes. We will definitely be staying here again and can't wait until our trip next year!

Amazing sunsets

Family spring break vacation. Party of seven, three teenagers. We met up with our college age son and his girlfriend. Location of the house is perfect. Right on the beach. Walkable to practically everything. The house is fully stocked, made it very easy to cook delicious meals. There is a Keurig machine for easy enjoyment of coffee as you watch the morning come alive on the beach. Very spacious accommodations for our party of 7. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Washer and dryer. The Tide pods and bounce sheets were available for our use. Two bikes and two boogie boards were available. On several occasions the kids went out and caught some waves with the boogie boards. Beach chairs and towels were also available. Every night we tried to be back in time to catch the sunset from our house. One of the best views! We definitely will be back.

Perfect Location!

The check in/out process was very smooth and easy. Kimberly Kizer is very easy to work with and very accommodating. PROS: We couldn't have found a better spot for our vacation. It's close to everything, including the zoo, sea world, shopping, Little Italy, and of course, THE BEACH! The place is very well stocked with every imaginable kitchen item you could need, along with towels and bathing/shower products. There's jet tub in the master suite, which we used several times. We appreciated the nice coffee/hot cocoa set up. The bedrooms were comfortable. Just a side note here, the bunk beds are probably better suited for kids. The two younger, adult nieces we thought could sleep there, but the top bunk is hard to get into. So they ended up sleeping on the large sofas in the living room which turned out fine. I was fortunate and got the bedroom suite, and it was wonderful. Some noise from the boardwalk folks, but not bad after it got dark. And I was able to watch the ocean waves while lying in bed. Very serene and relaxing. If your group are beach lovers, I would highly recommend the Sand Castle. ONLY CON: The clothes dryer wasn't drying anything, so we removed the lint filter, and it hadn't been cleaned out for quite some time. It was really packed with lint and sand (the element may need changing also.) So be sure to check this if it's used. May want to advise cleaning staff to do the same.
