Welcome to our fully equipped 110 sqm, 4 bedroom apartment, nestled in the vibrant Palace Quarter of downtown Budapest. You’ll be perfectly situated to explore all the major attractions on foot or via a quick tram or metro ride. We are located at the quiet end of a lively street full of restaurants.

Our apartment boasts high ceilings and an open layout, offering plenty of personal space for everyone. With four distinct rooms, guests can enjoy privacy while still gathering in shared spaces.

Situated in a classic century-old building, with a green courtyard, the apartment retains its historic allure while providing modern comforts.

The master bedroom features a romantic super king-size four-poster bed, inviting you to unwind after an exciting day in luxury. A cosy single bedroom and 2 double bedrooms, one of which has a unique mezzanine for additional sleeping space. Perfect for larger families or groups of friends up to seven.

The lounge doubles as a dance/yoga studio, equipped with yoga mats, exercise balls and other equipment. Ideal for exercise, meditation, relaxation or dancing . Board games, children’s toys and books.

Our open-plan kitchen includes all necessary amenities, making it easy to prepare healthy meals or enjoy a cosy family dinner. On request we can supply all the basic spices , salt and pepper , cooking oil so you don’t have to worry. Herbal teas and coffee.

We have the bonus of two toilets and two showers making it even more convenient for larger families or friends travelling together. We also have a washing machine, dryer and clothes rack. A must for families and larger groups!

As a qualified nutrition and wellness coach, Bach flower therapist, and dance instructor, I'm here to support your wellness journey. If you're interested in booking any sessions or services during your stay, please let us know in advance so we can tailor your experience!

Great Apartment

This summer i stayed with 7 friends in this apartment. Sandra was a great host! She welcomed us, explained everything we needed to know and showed us around. It’s a very big apartment with a hallway were the dinertable and kitchen are also located, a big living room and 4 bedrooms. There are even 2 bathrooms with both a shower and toilet. 1 bathroom even has a wachingmachine and dryer. It was more than enough for us. It is located on the ground floor, so no staircase or elevator had to be used. The location in Budapest is perfect. It is located in a nice street with 2 supermarkets just around the corner. The metro and tram station are also in walking distance. The only downside it that there is no airconditioning. But luckely there are a lot of a ventilators. I would recommend to stay here.

We were there for three days in December and our experience was great. The apartment is really big and warm all the time. The shower works perfect and the neighborhood has lots of great places to eat. Just 10-15 minutes walk from city center. Laszlo was very helpful all the time and gave us good tips and recommendations.

Great Vacation, Excellent Host

My 2 daughters and I stayed in this apartment for 1 week and we loved it. The listing description was accurate and was within walking distance from everything we wanted to see. The apartment was clean and felt safe and the host, Laszlo, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment

Six of us stayed here for a few weeks in March and the apartment was great. It was clean, modern and close to the tram and metro. We were all very comfortable and the place looks exactly as the pictures show. Upon arrival we were greeted and check in was very easy. Laszlo was an excellent host and speaks perfect English. I would recommend this place to all of my friends!

My best holiday!

The appartment is gorgous, fantastic facilities, very spacious and a perfect location! I went with a group of 8 friends to celebrate graduating, we had an amazing time, and will be going back! The hosts were wonderful, they did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and had fantastic local knowledge of a wide range of restraunts and activities, whether we wanted something extravagant, quiet or budget. They had perfect english so there were no prombelms communicating.

5 french people that came for business in June

We have been very pleased to stay in this beautiful appartment. The photos are the reality. The place is very clean, very spacious. It is easy to cook in the nice kitchen, although we appreciated to go to restaurants just next door to the place (very convenient and good). We appreciated the calm of the street. The host are very helpful. We will surely come back again no need to look for something else !

Lovely place, really helpful owners

We stayed here for four days and had such a good time. The flat that we stayed in is really spacious, airy, everything clean and new, great kitchen and bathroom facilities - and they had a cot and a high chair ready for us, plus lots of help about where to go and what to do.Next time we might take up Laszlo's offer to drive us to Vienna for the day. Wonderful stay. Loved it all.

US Fam loves this apartment!

Sandra and Laszlo, I'm sorry I didn't write earlier... we've been a bit busy. But I did want to take a minute to thank you for the use of your wonderful apartment and for your great hospitality. We really enjoyed our time in Budapest. The city is now among our European favorites. We created wonderful memories and we won't soon forget our time there. Being able to know that someone was waiting for our arrival made all of the difference in the world. We were a little worried since we didn't know you personally and had never met you, but our fears were quickly vanquished when we arrived and saw the apartment and met Laszlo and saw how helpful and friendly he was. The apartment with all of its amenities and location was perfect. We could not have been more happy. Having the kitchen was a lifesaver with the kids. Also, being so close to a grocery store, the Metro, etc. was brilliant. Thanks again and maybe one day soon we'll be able to return!

Great place

My family of 6 rented this along with another family of 6 (plus an infant). It was very comfortable and suited us well. The owners were easy to work with and very helpful. They even had a nice "bus" to transport us to the airport. The bus was at an extra charge, but it was worth it! They were right on time picking us up and dropped us off where we needed to be. The property was very clean and they supplied us with plenty of towels and blankets. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to explore Budapest because of it's central location. We were able to walk to the city park / Hero's square one day and then across the bridge and to Buda's castle the next day. It was a lot of walking, but we did it with 9 kids under the age of 10.

This apartment would suit any kind of holiday and was fantastic value for money. Sandra and Laszlo make a special effort looking after their guests. We only stayed in Budapest for a few days but with their help we were given the opportunity to explore the best of Budapest (something we wouldn’t have achieved on our own!). Their informed suggestions and helpful arrangements were priceless and certainly made our holiday what it was….a very enjoyable one! Budapest is an amazing place to spend a few days with friends and the location of the apartment is ideal to begin your own exploration of the city. The apartment slept 8 people well and was a comfortable, quiet place to return to after an action-packed day/night out!

Fabulous holiday and experience.

I recently visited Budapest with friends and stayed here. The apartment was beautiful and I cannot fault it. Sandra and Laszlo were so helpful and really made our trip extra special with their attentiveness and expert knowledge of the city and area. The apartments are perfect for all sort of travelers and holidays, incredibly comfortable, clean fantastic value for money and welcoming. Couldn't recommend it more highly and will hopefully be going back soon!

Bring your bathing suit and flip-flops!

The apartment on Krudy G. was perfect for our family of four + one friend -- that can be an awkward group to travel and live with unless the accomodation is spacious and flexible. Although Raday and Vaci were very accessible, we found our favorite places to eat and shop on the same block as the apartment! Sandra was amazing at suggesting and arranging activities for our group, and has been a fabulous communicator. I admit to being ignorant about the thermal baths in Budapest before I spent this long weekend there, and hope to return with the family (and complete sets of bathing gear) very soon.

Great Holiday!

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area, really close to a number of fantastic restaurants and bars yet still remains peaceful and quiet. We had excellent help from our hosts who were willing to go out of their way to ensure we had the best time! Would love to go back, and hopefully will do very soon! I would definitely recommend theses apartments to everyone, they're just about perfect!

Amazing getaway!

I'm a student and have had a fairly stressful year, Sandra and Laszlo made this the perfect holiday for my friends and I to let off some steam and return home stress free. Sandra helped us organise our trip with her extensive knowledge of Budapest which was so helpful, I'm sure we'd have struggled to see and experience so much without her help. The appartment was excellent and caters to so many different needs, we never had to worry about any problems with the appartment as Laszlo was so attentive that the problem was solved in the blink of an eye. Whilst being so friendly and attentive both Sandra and Laszlo still gave us a perfect amount of privacy which is a balance hard to find. I can't recommend that people stay in their appartment any more highly, this was one of the most satifying vacations I've ever had and the value for money was outstanding. Thank you Sandra and Laszlo!!!!

Excellent location and very comfortable!

We are four young travelers who stayed in Sandra's smaller apartment, Krudy 1, instead of a hostel. It was excellent value. Very comfortable, clean and spacious. We had a slight problem with one of the appliances and Laszo was very quick to come and replace it for us. Excellent hosts that we happy to provide tons of great information on Budapest. Definitely recommend this apartment as an alternative to hostels for young travelers.

December in Budapest

"Stayed here in December with my husband. We have to say the apartment exceeded all our expectations. It is very big but still manages to retain a homely feel, everything you would need for your stay is in the apartment. Sandra and Laszlo ensured we had maps and information brochures and were on hand to answer all our questions about where to go and what to see. After a long hard day shopping or sightseeing within close proximity of the apartment are numerous bars and restaurants which offer superb cuisine at very reasonable prices. Budapest is a beautiful city, the 4 days we stayed were nowhere near enough to fully explore the city, however a few musts; City bus tour, Evening cruise on the Danube, Indoor Market, plus the time of year we went enabled us to visit the Christmas market. For anyone considering staying at this apartment we would highly recommend it and hope that in the future we will return with our family to share with them this beautiful city.

A really happy New Year's Eve!

It is very important to me to feel like home wherever I go. Usually, I get this feeling after 2-3 days spent in another place. Considering that 3 days represented the entire staying there I did not had the time to familiarize with Budapest and the apartment but Sandra and Laszlo made it to be a lot easier. We had the most fantastic...

We had the most fantastic time in the apartment for my hen weekend. The apartment catered for all our needs, and being so central allowed people who were tired to be dropped off early without having to do much of a detour. We had so many activities to choose from, night clubbing in the Moulin Rouge, a boat trip up the Danube, Spa trips, Pedicar rides, site seeing bus tour, medievil banquette, all within a short distance. I will definately be booking a follow up weekend to show my new husband and kids the beautiful city of budapest.

Sandra and Laszlo catered for all our needs from the day of arrival to the day of departure. Excellent accommodation and communication. Purpose of stay long girls weekend. Sandra arranged site seeing to evening entertainment and the best salt baths in town. will definitely return for second visit. Well Done!!
