About this property

Built in the 1850's, this home has a big story to tell! Boat park. avail.

Whether you are listening to the babbling brook, getting ready for a day on the lake, grilling your fresh catch on the patio, or falling asleep listening to the rain fall on the old tin roof, we are confident you will love this home as much as we do!
The Bryan House boasts three comfortable bedrooms that sleep up to six in this large home.
The parking area is large enough for the amount of guests, but is also shared with another rental home on the property. We ask that guests park in such a way that all can share this large space. There is another area where boats can be parked, but we need to know ahead of time, if this space is being utilized.
We are also putting in a game room, in 2026. Check back for more details.
Boat parking/shelter is available upon request.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

This property has rich history. It was built in 1832 and was owned by the same family until recent years.
It has beautiful scenery, including it's own little stream, and has lots of amenities, including a patio set, a grill, a firepit, and boat parking if asked for ahead of time.
In short, we believe you will love this house just as much as we do!
We also have a "things to do" book at the house, in case you are looking for adventure.

What makes this property unique

We are within a few miles of Shy Beaver boat launch, located in the quiet community of Cherrytown. We are across the street from a church, and have very few neighbors. Those we do have are very quiet. This is a peaceful place to rest and relax before heading to the lake, visiting with relatives, or exploring all that Central PA has to offer.
