All star spot

RB cottage

Overall, good. Easy and quick walk to beach. Clean property with mostly everything one needs. That said, I'd recommend hanging some towel racks around and putting a colander in the kitchen. The dryer did not work, which should have been obvious when the property manager texted to let us know the bed coverings were still in the dryer because they hadn't dried (and still were not dry after being in there for hours). That said, when we alerted Nick, he was very quick to respond and offered to send someone out. We declined because it meant either sitting there for potentially hours or having someone in there when we were not. That said, these are minor issues and the property itself is a good one - perfect for a couple.

Great Location

Very clean property and in a great location. Quiet but everything was very walkable, even with smaller kids. Bedrooms and bathroom are small but not impossible. All appliances new, in great condition.

Amazing location and host

Our stay in the host's property went above and beyond. The property was meticulously clean and exceeded our expectations, all communications were exceptional. Host made sure we were happy, will definitely book with this host and any properties they provide.

Loved This Cottage - Great Location

Overall this property is great! Recently renovated with top of the line appliances, etc. Cozy spot behind larger main home. We had some kinks to work out since we were the first to stay since renovations were complete. Stovetop wasn’t working (was fixed), ice maker wasn’t working and not fixed during stay although was provided a bag of ice, no shower curtain on arrival, was provided next day. Welcome book with instructions was not available first day, but was provided next day. No trash can in bathroom either. Was provided next day. Recommend more hooks for hanging towels in bathroom or bedrooms. Parking can be tricky if main house is rented. Main house tenants arrived Friday during our stay. They parked two cars next to cottage. Recommend mgmt company communication to both tenants to mitigate parking challenges. Would stay again. Thanks for quick response to all our needs. Robin.

Very cute cottage! 3 bedrooms but bedrooms are small for the size of beds & makes it almost impossible to make up the beds! I have to have my bed made up every day & it was not a pleasant chore to try & get around the bed to do so! Also minor but the key did not work easily in the door lock.

Beautiful place updated but could use some more kitchen dishes. Also outdoor seating area could be improved. No lounge chair just table and chairs for eatting.

Girls reunion

The property was fabulous, super clean,bright and airy. With Just a short walk downtown and plenty of off street parking. We couldn’t have asked for more and plan to make this our stay destination when in Rehoboth. A great big Thank You to the host⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It was a cute place to stay. The neighborhood was nice. It was close enough to walk to little shops and to grab food. It wasnt a long walk to the boardwalk.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful time in this adorable cottage. It was perfect for a family of five. It was extremely clean and had a beautiful backyard. We loved the proximity to the beach and the stores and restaurants. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful convenient beach cottage.

Great, comfortable space

We had a terrific week in this very comfortable. Although there are 3 bedrooms, there were only 2 of us using the bedrooms with the queen beds. The location couldn't have been better, and we had all we needed to eat it for all our meals.

Comfortable Cottage

The cottage was perfect for my 2 adult children, me and my grandson. Loved having the backyard with dining table and grill. Close to the beach, funland and restaurants and shopping - we plan to stay here next year. The furnishings an amenities of the cottage were vey nice.

Location is the best thing about this rental

Rented for the location. Cottage was very clean. New furnishings looked great but were NOT super functional. White couch was comfy but did not provide seating for more than 3 people. The other two chairs were not comfortable and certainly not suitable for watching TV, as you would have to move them and that's a big no-no according to the manual. No coffee table so drinks had to be on the floor. Pictures of cottage need to be updated. No pictures of bedrooms. There is only enough room to barely walk around the beds and only one room had a dresser. None of the 4 of us were ever able to get the bedroom TV's to work. The main TV was limited and the remote very confusing - directions were not accurate. The WIFI was useless. My children needed to do remote schooling and were unable to. Big disappointment. There were like 10 pages about NOISE in the manual. Due to the close proximity of the main house (again, not shown in photos), those renters woke us up at 1:30 am talking and again at 6:15am talking. Plus someone in their party was a smoker! So much for noise control. It would have been helpful to know about the coffee situation in advance - I emailed and found out it was a cone type, which I then went and bought filters only to arrive and learn it had a reusable one. There was also no cutting board in the kitchen. A clothes line out back for wet towels and suits would have been helpful. A porch or deck would have been GREAT since seating was an issue. I would also add the following: a mirror in one of the bedrooms would be helpful for getting ready since there is only one bathroom. Plus, add small dressers - the shoe racks were useless. Hooks in the shower would be helpful for washcloths etc. And an adjustable shower head cause when you turn the shower on, it sprays all over the floor because you can't move the head to the side. Be sure to bring the following: shower rug, trash bags, hand and dish soap, dish towels, cutting board, salt and pepper, rope for a clothes line, and ear plugs or a sound machine for the front bedroom. The listing says sleeps 8, which is absurd! The four of us (myself, my 72 year old mother, my 16 and 11 yr old girls) were comfotable sleeping in the 3 bedrooms but it was not a comfortable living space. I really can't imagine any more people sharing that rental.
