All AQUA guests must be pre-registered to receive Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle starting January 1, 2025. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Condo was very clean and advertised exactly as we found the Condo. Management was very responsive on all inquiries at whatever time of day, Security is very good @ the complex also. We had a great experience staying here! Our unit was very spacious with plenty of space to store belongings so they are out of your way. The unit was also very clean and well prepared for guests. The view from the room is amazing. It is also within the walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. We were very impressed with this, best vacation we have ever had! Will definitely stay here again in the future if we are ever back in PCB!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. Very clean! Most everything worked as was supposed to. Had a slight “leak” on shower door seal. They fixed it as best as possible in less than 2 hours form notification. Only complaint, the bed mattress was badly dipped and sloped to middle bad. I bet it’s replaced very soon. And we will return to this same unit! Very nice! Aqua rocks! Bookbeach rocks!
