Great Family Trip

Our condo was exactly as described on the site. The building and facilities were beautiful and very clean. The check in process and communication were great. I loved the text communication reminders and handbook. Overall great experience and great place to stay.

Parking and check-in was easy. The condo matched the description and was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. We loved having the beach chairs included with the rental. 100% would book this stay again.

Our new favorite property. 5 stars only because it wont let me give it 10i

Our family truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The property is located close to all of the restaurants in pier park and even has a great Cajun Restaurant onsite. I dont have a single negative about our condo, the resort, or the manager. All were welcoming and made us feel right at home.

Beautiful condo

When I first walked into this condo I was blown away by the ship lap on the walls and the huge living area. Both bedrooms were spacious. I will definitely be staying here again.

Exceptional, in every possible way.

This property was absolutely perfect. Clean, it was well stocked and furnished, comfortable and the views were tremendous Third trip to Aqua, and this was hands down the best unit. We were there for a wedding and everyone in our group voted this unit the best of the bunch. Highly recommended, Warren Beach Rentals was nothing short of incredible. Made the process easy and stress free. Thank you for a remarkable vacation.

Great week at the beach

Easy entry instructions upon arrival to a clean unit. The unit was properly stocked and we enjoyed our stay. We had a maintenance issue during our stay and it was taken care of swiftly with no inconvenience. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Company

My husband and I went to Panama City in January as we normally do every year and stay at the Aqua. We always rent from Warren Beach Rentals as they are very prompt taking care of anything that may arise. Well this year my husband fell on the 3 day we were here and broke his hip. Due to complications, we had to stay almost a whole month- 3 weeks longer than we had initially booked for. I let Warren Beach know and they got it worked out so I could continue to stay on in the original condo I had booked until I was able to get my husband moved so we could return to Tennessee. Thank you WBR for all your help, your compassion and understanding and making the whole process easier. This relieved a lot of stress in an already stressful situation. I can't say enough good things about the company. There was a problem with the refrigerator when we first arrived and WBR- came immediately and provided a cooler for my food until the refrigerator could be repaired. Thank you again for all you did. This is definitely a top notch company to rent from.

It was ok

To start out the decor was beautiful just like the pictures and the view was great, but there were some things that could be better. First off when we got there two of the elevators were down so it took us an hour just to get to our room. Once we got in we noticed some huge brown stains on the couch and we scrubbed them off so the girls felt comfortable sitting and it wasn’t as clean as the decor looks. The water in the hall bathroom at the sink never got warm and then the shower pressure in the bathroom off the master was terrible, we couldn’t even get the shampoo to rinse out of our hair. Also, I think it would be a good idea to include that you do not get beach chairs with this rental. We didn’t know until the email and we would have paid extra for a room with chairs since the chairs were $55 a day if you paid with your card.

It *looked* like the pictures, but once you were in there,it needs updating.The security lock on inside has been removed but screw holes are still there. The sofa sinks in so bad, you can hardly get up. Other LR chairs are worn out and stained. coffee table legs loose.outside furniture is worn out & cushions need replacing badly. outdoor ottoman leg broken. LR curtains are not wide enough to cover sliding doors so the sun comes in very early. The fan in LR is pull string only, you need a chair to reach it.Light over the stove doesn't work. The dryer door won't stay shut so they have a broken broom handle to wedge in front of it to make it stay closed. The TV in 2nd BR is stuck on Nickelodeon all the time, remote wont work.The fan in the 2nd BA sounds like a lawnmower.The Master BA shower has rust stains running down wall and residue of leaking under cabinets.It said it will hold 8people, but we only had 5 and the hot water ran out on us during #4 everytime. The Master BR bed sqeaks so LOUDLY with the slightest movement. We did not get a solid nights sleep. If you turn off light switch in Master BR, it turns off outlets too so nothing will charge. The Aqua itself was nice. They went to a lot of trouble to make ramps down to the beach. But then the last section is steps, which defeats the purpose. We were glad to have 2 beach chairs reserved for us. Our experience in Aqua 2004 was meh.Too much money to spend on less than standard. We won't stay here again.
