Would not hesitate to book this house again. It comes fully stocked. I don't think we used anything that we brought along for the kitchen or bathrooms. We enjoyed the view from the deck every morning and hot tub every evening. The kids had a great time playing in the water and off of the dock on floats and with water toys that were also provided by the owner. Our group of 8 had a great trip and hope we can go back some day.

Great house for a family with a terrific lake view. Even with the lake down at least 5 feet from normal, we could use the lake and jump off the dock. We especially appreciated all the lake floats and kayaks provided by the host. Thank you Ron!

The view was beautiful and the covered porches were great for being outside but out of the sun. The house worked for us but would liked to have had a second refrigerator. The host was amazingly responsive and very accommodating!

A group of friends and I stayed at Barbara for the weekend celebrating the new year. The accommodations were very comfortable and peaceful. The lake in January is really calm and enjoyable to watch. There were plenty of table games and board games to keep us busy. We went for a relaxing weekend and that’s exactly what we had. What a beautiful place on the water for the winter time.

The location was exactly what our family needed to unwind and connect. It was wonderful for our older teenage son to have activities on site, while our college-aged daughter relaxed on the pier. My husband and I enjoyed the lake view. The kitchen was fully stocked to prepare all meals! We appreciated the clean and organized house. It made relaxing much easier.

Beautiful lake view! We've been coming to SML on Labor Day weekend since 1997. We've rented larger homes and a few smaller ones. This one checked the boxes...clean, close and easy walk to the dock, well appointed with all the amenities you could need, appears to have been recently updated. The host was great and easy to work with...even added some simple things that were unexpected extras.

A Wonderful Relaxing Time, Lake Living!

Our accommodations were amazing, and the location has all you would want to relax and enjoy the lake, as well as first class accommodations on the inside - there is plenty of room to put your feet up, read, eat and watch the sunrise and sunset! An amazing experience all around!

What makes this property unique

The best thing about this property is its position on the lake and the ease to get to the dock. Some properties on the lake are gorgeous but have many steep stairs. Not at Brenda. The backyard is a very gentle slope and anyone can make it to and from the dock with ease.
