Summerhaven 1 offers a unique view of the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. The exterior has an almost nostalgic look, but the interior offers class and is contemporary styled.

The first floor includes the Master Bedroom which has twin bunks that are hidden away in an adjoining hallway and a full size luxurious master bathroom. The master bathroom has a dual vanity as well as a large walk-in shower. The master bedroom itself contains a King Sized bed that faces a flat screen television which is mounted above the dresser. The sliding glass door beside it offers amazing views of the beach.

The second floor includes the family room and dining area, as well as the kitchen and a eloquently located powder room. The family room features a cream-colored queen sleeper sofa and matching love seat. It also offers an outstanding view out to the magnificent beaches of Miramar Beach. The dining table has four chairs around it and is sits beneath a beautiful candle chandelier.

The third level of the townhome features two guest suites. One that contains a king sized bed and the other containing a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have stunning views from the windows.

First Floor: King Bedroom with Twin Bunk Nook and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access, Laundry.

Second Floor: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Dining, Kitchen, Powder Room.

Third Floor: King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo.

*Allotted parking for three cars at the unit. Please ask a reservationist about additional parking.

*Beach weddings and tents of any size are not permitted.
