Amazing location and beautiful home. The kitchen was perfect. My only complaint would be how cold the pool stays because it doesn’t get much sunlight, but it was still awesome to have after a hot day at the beach. We loved this house!

Amazing Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a wonderful experience at Paynter! The house was just the right size for 4 adults and 2 kids. The backyard was a homerun! Returning from the beach and having the pool to cool off to was amazing. Town was super close, and was a nice walk for ice cream at the end of a long day. I would highly recommend this property to anyone with young kids that enjoy the beach and the pool and anyone who likes to walk to dinner.

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We are absolutely thrilled to hear that you had such a great experience at Paynter. It's fantastic to know the house was the perfect size for your family and that the backyard was a "homerun" for cooling off in the pool after the beach. We agree that the walk into town for ice cream or dinner is one of the best parts of the location. We truly appreciate your high recommendation for families and anyone who loves a good walk. We hope to welcome you all back again very soon! Lewes Rental Team

Lewes In-Town Renovated Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home has been renovated from top to bottom and the owners have thought of everything! The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need, each room has helpful details like hooks, reading lights and chargers. The outside space is a perfect way to unwind; you can play in the pool, sun on a chaise lounge, or enjoy your morning coffee out at one of the tables. The decor is stylish and the whole home was spotless! I would stay here again for sure.
