This is a gorgeous, quiet condominium located in the most convenient part of town. It is walking distance to Morey's Pier and the heart of the Wildwood Boardwalk, but set back by the peaceful bay. Our pool and people watching front balcony keeps it fun to hang out here if you're not in the mood for the beach.

RIDES - GAMES - WATER PARK

The convention center is on our street and has free family events all summer long. If you haven't been to Morey's Amusement Pier and Splash Zones then we can't wait to show you what you've been missing. Morey's is just 3 blocks from the convention center and has some of the best rides, water parks and games in NJ.

SHOPPING - EATING - NIGHTLIFE

You can walk to some of the best restaurants and pubs in town right from our front door. The best part is the convenience of a 10 minute drive to the best shopping in Cape May and Avalon! There is a great bay side restaurant and pub at the end of our street where you can watch the summer sunset and walk home for a dip in the pool.

PARKING - BIKING - SURFING

Our 2 car garage and plenty of free on street parking will keep you worry free until it's time to leave. You can ride your bikes on the boardwalk and there are some surf shops nearby that will rent out surfboards.

Why The Owner chose Southern Shore Region

We chose to buy in Wildwood because it's within driving distance from our home. Our family has been vacationing in this area for 20 years.

What makes this condo unique

Our place is a 1/2 mile to the beach, a 5-minute drive to a shopping district, and public transportation is two blocks away. There is a pool, central air, it's a fairly new build and we are close to the wildwood convention center and board walk.

Wonderful property!

This property was great! It was very clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for three adult couples. The rooms were all a good size and there was a huge closet in the bedroom with the king bed. Everything you could need to cook in the kitchen was provided. The condo was easy to get to and was close to everything.

just what we needed

This lovely condo fit the bill perfectly for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids. Close enough to the beach that we could walk, but not right on top of all the noise and traffic. The furnishings were great and didn't overcrowd the space. The pool was a great perk and we had it all to ourselves every time we used it. There was plenty of room to get away from each other when necessary and the kitchen was well equipped enough that we cooked and ate in almost every night. The only negative thing I have to offer is that the people upstairs from our unit were VERY heavy footed and you heard them every time they were in the condo. Not sure if it was just them or if the insulation between floors contributed. Overall, great place. We would definitely go back.

Private, comfortable and spacious

From July 15th to 22nd, we had that condo for a total of 8 persons, 4 adults, 4 kids between age of 10 and 14. Even if you aren't going to wildwood to stay inside, that condo provides lots of benefits when you compare to Motels around. We particularly enjoyed how spacious the condo was, the large kitchen, the 2 full bathrooms, the garage, the pool that was felt was ours since we could enjoyed it everyday, alone when comming back from the beach. We've also really liked having a washer and dryer; especially for the towels...

The 10 minutes walk to the beach wasn't an issue at all since we had planed trolleys for the cooler and the chairs.

If I have to provide one constructive feedback, that would be that the 40g hot water tank needs to be manage for a group of 8.

Finally, the owner always been available before, during and after our stay to answers questions and request feedback. You can feel you aren't a number but he really care about our wellbeing. Thank you.

We expected more

The property presented nicely from the drive up. The stairway leading to both apartments was dirty. Not with trash, just needs to be swept and wiped down. Entering the apartment everything seemed visually acceptable. Upon further inspection we noted a better cleaning job needs to be done. Examples ; sofa cover was very dirty with food and other spills, we found an orange and chicken bone under the furniture and curtains, crumbs under cabinets in kitchen, dirt on bunk beds, blinds in bunk room badly damaged, bunk room door handle falls off, dinning table legs are not secure, furniture is very worn, cable box in master did not work, black stain in master carpet next to bed, laundry room door does not open or close all the way, some pillows have stains on them, fridge had crumbs in it, trash was overflowing from previous tenant, flies were everywhere because of trash.

None of this was of major concern to us as I always clean a place when we arrive just because that's me. I reported most to the owners and they were willing to service if we needed.

Our most trying issue which there really is no answer for was we stayed in unit one and a group of very young twenty year old males were above us celebrating graduating college. The party started at 11:30 most every night and did not end until 4:00am. We heard every noise. It sounded like they were moving furniture all day and night. They would sit out on their balcony and invite people from the street to come party with them. We chose to live with the noise because my husband and I kind of remember what it was like to be that young and want to have fun. So if you have a younger family I would recommend asking for unit 2. At least you won't hear every movement.

We refused to let the little things keep us from having a good time. For a shore property it wasn't a bad place. I would stay here again but on the top floor.

Owner's Response: We always appreciate detailed feedback from our renters and have taken the following measures to correct the issues pointed out by this reviewer: - We had hired a new cleaning service this summer and this was the first time we've ever had any issues like this - we now have new cleaners so should not be an issue moving forward - Furniture and rugs recently steam cleaned - Broken blinds have been replaced - Doorknob is fixed - Dining table legs were fixed - Some pillows were replaced - New bedspreads - Both cable boxes and cable package have been upgraded and are now in great working order It is true that if there are unruly renters above, it could be noisy and we're sorry about that. Most renters in the above unit, however, are respectful.
