Overall the stay was wonderful other than a few minor things, such as the bathtub not sealing properly and some of the doors not quite seating properly, otherwise everything was great

We booked this condo for a weekend cheerleading competition in Feb.... The area where the building is located is not a safe part of town...There were people outside walking and loitering at the building entrance all hours of the night (we could hear that along with the ambulance sirens all night as you are just a few blocks from Grady) and it had the smell of marijuana all throughout the halls. We also had concerns about the condition of the property in regard to cleanliness, appliances working etc... I contacted the host and she called me promptly and handled it very swiftly and professionally. Although the property was not what we expected and we ended up making other arrangements for our stay, the host resolved this with us which we greatly appreciated.

Host was difficult to get in touch with. Took several attempts to get an answer to simple questions. The photos of the unit/building did not accurately depict the accommodations. Hallways smell strongly of marijuana which leaked in under the door to the unit. Carpets are torn out of hallways. Neighboring apartment nightly domestic disturbances. Building was broken into during our stay. Residence drinking on the steps at all hours of the night.Positives: Unit was very clean, beds comfortable and showers with lots of hot water.

We visited to go to a Falcons game and this condo served our needs perfectly. It was in the city and near a bunch of bars and restaraunts. And including the pull out sofa, there were four beds, which was perfect. The host responded quickly to messages. For the price, you can’t beat it. Nice view, in the city, spacious condo and comfortable beds!

cheerleading weekend

All the hotels were sold out in downtown Atlanta for the cheer sport competition. We were able to stay at this awesome condo within 1 mile of GEORGE world Congress center great place. Everything was superb easy access to everything. Definitely a place will go back to in the future.

For dancing queens…

Had the best time seeing Mamma Mia with daughters, sister and mom! And we were thrilled to be under one roof on a property so close to the Fox Theatre. The host & hostess communicated well and the property was perfect for our need.

Great Location & Super Clean!

Everything about the stay went perfect! Our host was super communicative and very friendly. The apartment was in a great location; you can walk to everything! It was super clean, comfortable and overall, just really great experience. I would definitely stay again!!

Great Downtown Atlanta Apartment

This place was a great way to stay in downtown Atlanta. The place is perfect for having a glass of wine overlooking the city. We had a major storm roll through, and I got to enjoy the lightening from the safety of the enclosed balcony. My girls enjoyed the spacious second bedroom. It was very centrally located and having a dedicated parking spot was really wonderful.

Thankful

After our flight was diverted from landing in Atlanta airport, we landed in South Carolina instead. We had to take a 2 1/2 hour Uber ride to our condo which was very easy to get to. By the time we got to the condo it was 3:30am in the morning and we were so thankful to have a place to rest our heads. The beds in the condo were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family.

Hi Brandon, As I informed you in countless communications, You were charged additional fees because you threw a house party in the condo which is against our rules. Your group broke items and spoilt beddings. Additional cleaning was required to get smoke out of the unit as well. Appreciate you cooperating.

Great apartment condition

The building doesn't reflect the apartment. The apartment was very nice. Everything as described, comfortable for 6 people. We enjoy the place and location.
