Welcome to your home away from home in Mammoth Lakes. This cozy yet spacious 850 sq ft, ground-level 1-bedroom condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and is both family-friendly and dog-friendly (1 dog welcome)—because pets are family too.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Rock, and Mammoth Crest throughout the Sunrise condo complex. Located adjacent to the meadow, guests love the peaceful setting, open outdoor space, nearby bike path, and welcoming neighborhood vibe.

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The property was excellently maintained and had everything we needed. Check-in was smooth, communication with the host was fantastic, and the location was perfect for walking to town, as well as accessing the spa and car.We would happily stay here again.

The cabin is in a very quiet location. It is 11min drive from Canyon lodge. It offers all the cookware you will need. The living room is very spacious. It can definitely host 4 adults very comfortably. The check-in and checkout process is very smooth. The host Nicola is very responsive through the app and through text.

This well-appointed ground floor unit was perfect for our senior dog who cannot climb stairs. The living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking. The primary bed is comfortable, but quite soft. It was fine for me, but my husband did not care for it. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son, however, the pellet stove turned off during the night even though the hopper was full and it got very cold. This is my reason for 4 stars. Otherwise, the location is GREAT! So convenient to stores & restaurants, slopes, and the walking trail.

Hi Henry- Thank you for being our guest and we appreciate you reviewing our condo. Although we don’t have central AC, we do provide fans. Almost always the temperature in Mammoth Lakes drops to below 50 degrees at night in the summer. We understand the condo can heat up from the day and typically shutting the shades during the day can help keep it cooler at night.

Perfect condo for our family of three. Property was very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to the town shuttle stop. Also, a very short easy walk to main street. Great communication with the owners.

Excellent for ski trip

Lovely place! Excellent spot for skiing, short walk to the ski bus! We also really enjoyed the hot tub. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Stay

The condo was a perfect place to stay for our weekend getaway. The space was very clean when we arrived and check in was a breeze. We really enjoyed the pellet stove heater which was easy to use and kept us very warm. Thanks again for our stay.

Perfect getaway

I had a great time at Nicolas place, close to shops restaurants and the mountain. Condo is very nice and spacious, will definitely try and stay there on future mammoth trips.
