From the very beginning, our vision was to find a spot that exuded charm and provided ample opportunity for entertainment. The moment we set eyes on the expansive back deck, with its unparalleled view of UofL baseball, we knew we had found something special. There's nothing quite like enjoying an evening with friends or family while catching a live baseball game from the comfort of your own space.

Another touch of nostalgia and charm comes from the train station close by. Not only does it make travel convenient, but its presence lends an old-world feel to the surroundings, which we absolutely adore.

For families, the proximity to the Kentucky Fair Grounds and the water park is a delightful bonus. Days of fun and excitement are literally just around the corner! And for music enthusiasts, the University of Louisville's stadium, known for hosting iconic performances from legends like Taylor Swift and Beyoncé, is a dream come true.

Perhaps the cherry on top is the legendary Churchill Downs, within walking distance, making it easy for you to partake in its rich history and events.
