You'll be just three blocks from the beach, so set up on the shores and relax as you feel the soothing ocean breeze. Afterward, wash the sand off in the large outdoor shower. Treat your family to ice cream at the nearby parlor, or rent a bike and ride across the beautiful coastline.

After you've soaked up enough sun, head back to your home away from home and be welcomed in with open arms by this stunning Middlesex Beach vacation rental. At this private beach community home, you'll be glad to know there are no large crowds or major noise, solidifying its spot as the softest and most beautiful beach in the area. From the ivory interior decor to the gorgeous overall aesthetic, you'll be able to find some much-needed peace. Throw some patties onto the grill and enjoy a sunny day out while you cook up a couple of classic burgers for everyone. Head inside and lie on the comfortable blue couches in the spacious living area for a quick nap. Around sunset, step out onto the massive deck on the private wooded lot and kick it back with a cold drink in hand while you enjoy the beautiful view.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
